My husband tried to order flowers (through 1-800 Flowers for Pauline Green Florist to execute) for the day before Valentine's day and called the next morning when the flowers failed to arrive. It turned out the florist cancelled the order without notifying anyone due to current stock then refused to accept a new order of a different arrangement. The wonderful customer service at 1-800 Flowers decided that, even though my husband cancelled and got his refund, they would still send flowers at the soonest available date of Monday (today). Now we're both glad he ended up cancelling and getting a refund for how awful they look! Half the flowers are already wilted and drooping or have broken stems, and some of the roses are black-tipped and ripped.

They have always done an excellent job and they deliver within the local area (on-base too). I've found that you get a much better, fresher product at a better price with them too.

We' ve been calling this florist for 20+ years. Always delivers the best arrangements,fresh and full. Over all, outstanding with an personal touch.

Terrible service. Ordered two arrangements for delivery to the same address on two DIFFERENT days, and the first one was never delivered. I called the next day, they said they didn't have the flowers in stock - didn't bother to notify me. They took my money, never delivered ANYTHING and never contacted me. Very rude on the phone. Sadest part - this is the SECOND time this has happened with Pauline Green Florist. Shame on them!
