This florist is amazing!! I called to send flowers to my mother-in-Law while she was in the hospital. I wasn't really sure what I wanted so they had free range. I asked them to send me a picture before they delivered them and they did so. They were super friendly, polite, helpful, and reasonably priced! If I need flowers in that area I will definitely be using them again! Thank you so much!!

I would like to go e the biggest thank you I can. On mothers day my daughter's first mothers day and I wanted it special for her. Long story short they have her the wrong arrangement by accident, I found out a d called to let them know. The vase I ordered was on back order but when they got the vase in , they sent her a new arrangement with the vase I had ordered in the first. So I thank you so very much for doing that for my daughter and I. I would recommend this florist to everyone, they truly do care about their customers

One of the best florists in town. If you try and call florists on the big holidays, she's typically the only one still taking orders. Don't be fooled by the online sites, use a local florist!! People don't realize that if you use Teleflora or 1800 flowers, they take 20% of your money to call a local florist! Most of the negative reviews you see about these local florists are from people who used an online service to order flowers instead of just calling the shop!

Best florist in Anderson by a long shot! The flowers are always beautifully arranged and impress whoever sees them. The owner is very helpful if you need any help so don't be afraid to ask.

I do not recommend this florist. My sweet man went out of his way to make my day and when I received the flowers they had brown spots and looked very sad. I called and spoke to Ann and after telling her what I received she stated that she would send me new ones. The following day I never received my flowers so I called and spoke to Ann and she stated that she spoke to her manager and that they would not replace them because the flowers originally called for only 3 roses and I got way more than that. I also asked to speak to the manager or have the manager to please call me and was told no that she was on vacation for the next 2 weeks. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I do not recommend anyone waste their money at this florist.

Palmetto Gardens Florist 1618 E. Greenville Street, Suite B Anderson, S.C. 29621 I ordered Teleflora's Love Medley with Red roses for Valentine's Day. The photograph and specifications on Teleflora's web site show large red roses, no white roses at all, and three types of pink roses, each of a different size and shade. I ordered the arrangement by telephone and made a point to confirm that the florist had the necessary flowers for the arrangement and that they were all fresh. The florist at first told me the pink roses in the arrangement are actually pink mini-carnations. When I read the description aloud in which that pink roses are specified, she said she was at first confused but then understood which arrangement I wanted. My fiancée and I were staying in a hotel about 35 minutes away from the florist. When I called the next day to make sure the piece was ready to pick up, The florist told me she was out of pink roses and had substituted large pink roses instead. When we saw the actual arrangement, white roses had been substituted for most of the pink roses called for in the specifications. There were no sweetheart roses and no hot pinks that were supposed to make the arrangement pop with color. Also there was no greenery interspersed with the roses. All the greenery was around the periphery of the piece. The look of piece relies heavily on the variety supplied by the three shades and three different sizes of pink roses. Accordingly, substitution of white roses for the three sizes and shades of pink drastically changed the look of the arrangement. Also, the white roses dominated the piece to such an extent that it looked more like a cheap funeral arrangement than a Valentine's Day piece. In addition, both the roses and the greenery were old--many days old, and they were very clearly showing their age. The roses were fully open, the edges were curling downward, and the leaves and the greenery around the periphery had started to turn brown. The flowers were brought out by an older lady in the shop who was exceedingly unfriendly. We asked her to remake the arrangement given that it was so far off from specifications and since the flowers looked so old. She said the arrangement looked beautiful to her while looking sheepishly at the roses and squeezing them. She then copped an attitude and told us in a rather strident tone that she isn't a stylist, the stylist was gone, and that she couldn't remake the piece. In other words, she didn't care that the arrangement was vastly different than advertised, featured very old stock, and that we had driven many miles and took time off from work to get it. I would avoid this florist at all cost. I would not even walk across the street to purchase anything from them. And I think they are damaging the Teleflora brand with such poor quality work and bad customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

What a complete nightmare of a business to deal with...my precious husband ordered me Rose's to be delivered at work..didn't receive them until the DAY AFTER VALENTINE'S...I called and lady..said she would send out another dozen on the house because of the their mistake and of course that didn't happen...she told me 4 different lies within a few hours...I guess she had lied to so many people she couldn't keep up with her lies...then told me that the guard at the gate refused to take the flowers...another lie...I spoke with guard and she lied once again because like he said why would I refuse to except flowers being delivered to a employee..EXACTLY because she never delivered as promised..then said she had already spoken with my husband and gave him a refund..ANOTHER LIE...he still hasn't spoken to her nor received his refund but you best believe I'll be there first thing today.. I want proof in my hand of refund and I have no problem reporting them to the better business bureau..people are as good as their word and this so called business is nothing but lie after lie after LIE...I wouldn't dare recommend this place to anyone unless you want a damnnn run around of BS....I understand that people make mistakes but never making it right like they promised is not another mistake it's a crock of shizzle..definitely WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone and after reading reviews I'm not the first person she has done this way...

Did not deliver on time. And wasnt even what i had ordered. Poor service. Never was able to speak with anyone. Have tried contacting them all day with no luck. Busy every time. Yet they still had time to take payment on order.... extremely aggravated. Do not use with hopes of next day delivery or right order... Also 2 years later still receiving junk emails from this place... have unsubscribed at least 40 times. Wish I had never ordered from here at all.

We love using this florist! She always helps provide our club with orange roses to sell at Valentine's Day in Clemson! Really helps us out because a lot of florist aren't willing to go out of their way to help students but she always does! Nice family owned business that really cared about the community!
