They took care of me soooo well! If there is something wrong with the arrangements she does everything she can to make it right. I've also noticed she puts ALOT more on the arrangements than what is shown on the pictures in the website

My experience was for my wedding. Carmen handled all of my flowers and center pieces which were phenomenal! I had not one thing to worry about for my wedding when it came to center peices, thanks to Old Bluffton Flowers & Gifts. I took my ideas and gave her my budget and she was willing to work with us for our special day. She provided the vases and set up all of the arrangements. I continue to use them for any floral arrangement I need, now that I live out of town. Their arrangements are BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with the arrangement I ordered yesterday fir delivery to my sister in law and brother. I live in NJ and it is always difficult to order on line. My sister in law loves Thomas Kincaid and it was the perfect arrangement with long lasting flowers for them. I would definitely use you again. Merry Christmas!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT USE. I placed an internet order for Mothers Day flower delivery. My credit card was charged on May 9 2016. The flowers were never delivered. I have called Old Bluffton Flowers 4 times in the last week, during business hours, asking for clarification, and not once has anyone called me back. I did speak to an employee on Saturday May 14, but she said that only a manager could talk to me, and she would have him call me back. Not one call returned. It is amazing in this day and time that a service business would choose to ignore customer calls, and not "own up" to a mistake...this decision made the overall outcome much worse. Very bad business policy.

Recently, I received this Mother's Day arrangement and it had everyone "Oooooing and Ahhhhhing" when it was delivered to my office.
