I ordered flowers online for my wife for Valentine's Day. They were delivered where she works as I specified. Was hoping for an earlier delivery since she leaves at 2:30, but I understand how busy that day is. The bouquet arrives after 6 and a coworker calls her to let her know. The chocolates I added on were not delivered and the card had a different message than I requested along with the name of another man. I called this morning to speak with customer service and they offer redelivery to correct this. The day after the occasion isn't exactly optimal but I went with it. Another delivery is made, different arrangement, chocolates are there, and yet a card from another different man. I can say I'm 100% not thrilled with this type of service. I am glad however that my wife and I communicate well enough that this doesn't cause issue between us. Thanks McCray's for trying to cause a divorce!!

We absolutely love McCrays Flower Shop!!! Gorgeous arrangements! I needed to send my mother in-law something beautiful for her birthday at her new home in SC and MCCrays delivered that last year. So beautiful we did it again this year with the a little extra "special request" added. We asked if when the flowers were delivered if they could give that nice lady a hug from all her family up here in Massachusetts. After work today, all family members received a message from my mother in-law in tears of happiness. She received all her gifts, beautiful flowers and her family hug delivered by a very sweet lady! Thank you so much MCCRAYS FLOWER SHOP for making our gift extra special!

Excuses and bad customer service. I had my baby & a friend sent flowers to the hospital. They were not what she had ordered & placed a complaint. The workers then proceeded to call me in my hospital room ( i just had my baby) to make excuses as to why...AND THEN! they actually came to the hospital to get their flowers back! Told us if we wanted to keep the balloon though we could pay them for that. I mean just wow
