Epic product and service. To be able to offer tradition, contemporary and old world design all in one location is not something that happens often. From filling 18th century silvery tureens for Charleston families to designing lavish bouquets for the most particular wedding planners to designing shoes covered in button mums as centerpieces for a Spoleto Festival USA gala, the talent and product is at Lotus Flower. Mary and Kit are an exceptional pair.

This is a review on the quality of people that Mary and Kit are which I am sure is also a reflection of their flower business. My family was visiting from out of town and were walking back to our car when a huge rain storm hit suddenly. We took cover and Mary and Kit, while busy preparing for a couple weddings the following day - brought us in, let us dry off and even took us in their flower van to pick up our car. This is how small businesses and people, just in general, should always treat one another. How kind they were to us, strangers they never met...imagine how well they treat their actual customers. What a fantastic experience! I ordered an arrangement for my friend to say thank you and it’s absolutely GORGEOUS. They don’t cheap out on their blooms—gorgeous peonies, lovely colors—and it was beautifully designed. The staff is also really friendly, helpful, and “get it”. Love this florist!!

I came in there last minute the day of my wedding for a bouquet and even though they were crazy busy putting togeather a wedding for later that day they stoped what they were doing and put me togeather an amazingly beautiful bouguet and even through together a boutonniere for my husband... super nice, very affordable and accommodating.
