I was recently married on August the 7th, 2017 at Sunset Beach in North Carolina. I have been planning my wedding since April 2017 and had originally planned to use North Myrtle Beach Florist for my floral needs. Well needless to say they are out of business now and left me hanging three weeks before my wedding date. I called around frantically to other local florist looking to place my order before my wedding date, and that’s when I found April with Little River Flowers and Events! April was wonderful to work with walking me through everything I needed to know, and she helped me come up with my wedding order in such a short amount of time. Since I live 4 hours away in Raleigh, North Carolina, I was a bit nervous about how everything was going to turn out since I placed a fairly large last minute order. Well, I can honestly tell you April saved the day! She delivered my flowers to the reception venue promptly taking a load of stress off myself and other family members. April even personally delivered my bouquet and floral pieces for my beach Arbor when I wasn’t able to meet her in time. The hair piece she made was absolutely STUNNING! I sent her few pictures I had found on Pinterest, and she recreated everything exactly like the pictures!!! April is extremely talented and gives outstanding customer service. I am so happy I chose to go with her after my first disaster with North Myrtle Beach Florist. If you are looking for great quality flowers and amazing customer service I HIGHLY recommend Little River Flowers and Events. Thank you, April for making my wedding day everything I could have ever hoped for and more!

We have used Little River Flowers and Events for both of our daughter's weddings now. April is so easy to work with. She showed us pictures and made suggestions and the weddings turned out more beautiful than we imagined. She was very punctual. She also set up a back drop for the ceremony that was suspended from rafters. She can do anything! The flowers were perfect. We would highly recommend her!

Only reason I give it a 1 is there isn’t a 0. Ordered flowers for my wife that was supposed to be delivered before 4 pm. They called her and told her they were coming because they were running late. Ruined the surprise with is really what I paid for. Also my credit card was charged over $15 more than what she said over the phone. When I called and spoke to the owner she just made excuses after excuses and told me to go buy my flowers from somewhere else and hungnup on me then wouldn’t answer the phone when I called back. Great customer service right. Definitely save your money and go elsewhere.

A funeral is never an easy time to choose flowers. However, this florist bent over backwards to get the requested flowers delivered in a timely fashion. The services were on a Sunday -- and even though they did not have Sunday delivery, they delivered two large (8 foot) standee bouquets (Gentle Thoughts and Bright and Beautiful) to the church without asking for additional delivery fees. The flowers were beautiful, arranged in a meaningful way, and so brightened the event. I would highly recommend this florist for whatever your needs may be.

Utterly disappointed! I called and spoke with April on Friday 09/07/18 to have flowers sent to my mom for her 10th Anniversary of being cancer free. I explained to April she does not like star gazer lilies as they are way too fragrant for my mother and requested anything else pink and white. April asked if she could add purple flowers and I said yes. My mother sent me the picture you see below, and she has 5 star gazer lilies, and it is in your typical glass vase. I paid $86.28 for this?. I called this morning at 9am and left a message, and again left a message at 2pm this afternoon. I have not heard from anyone. I would appreciate a return phone call and a full refund.

I was very worried because I read a couple bad reviews but I needed flowers for my g/f who lived in NJ and loves flowers. I spoke with the owner and explained my dilemma. She said I can tell you about those incidences I said save it, I understand you can't please everybody and proceeded to tell her what my friend was like. She told me it wouldn't be delivered until 3pm because she was waiting for delphinium delivery. The flowers were delivered at 4:15pm so a little later than expected but definitely worth the wait! My g/f called me and told me how beautiful they were. She took several pictures because she didn't want me to miss any of it. Exquisite arrangement! Far exceeded my expectations after reading some of the negative reviews. Thank you so much for a beautiful job. My g/f is calling in the morning to thank you too! Great job! Nancy

Nervous to order flowers from online delivery service, I put my trust in Little River Flowers & Events as a last minute request. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful and sounded excited to be apart of gifting my mother a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day. She listened to every request I had and the bouquet was delivered the next morning. My mother sent me a photo and I showed every coworker as I was so impressed with what they put together with the budget I provided. My mother could not stop expressing how good the flowers smelled and they now are placed on her dining room table for everyone to see and smell. I highly recommend this company and I can not wait for the next bouquet I request! Thank you!
