You guys are wonderful! I ordered flowers for my 90 year old uncle (he asked me to do this for him) to give to my 89 year old aunt for her birthday. My uncle was so please with the basket full of great smelling flowers. He presented the flowers to my aunt. I realize this may sound corny, but it was a very touching moment. Ordered flowers for my fiance. I asked them to leave them at the front door. I was trying to surprise her. They called her to let her know they were coming. No big deal. The flowers arrived and looked nothing as depicted. Spent $95 on flowers and these were thrown together or they were running out. The Asiatic Lilies were completely opened and did not look good. There was supposed to be seeded eucalyptus instead they put random greenery among the flowers. I will order elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed.

These ladies are the best ever! Not only do they make just absolutely amazing arrangements, but when I have to order for funerals, they are on point! They are so sweet and understanding, and are a tumbs up on pricing! I special ordered an arrangement with "Virginia Tech" colors, and they came thru with FLYING COLORS! The arrangement was beautiful and the family was very moved. They have your arrangement/potted plant delivered on time! ** If you need something special, I would suggest giving them a few days/maybe a week notice..**

I called in a panic at the last minute when a national online company sent me an e-mail message say that they were unable to deliver the flowers that I had ordered for my 86 year-old mother. I was in a panic. Lake Murray Flowers came to the rescue on probably one of their busiest days of the year and were able to deliver a lovely arrangement of flowers at the last minute. I know that my mother was extremely pleased with her flowers and I am forever grateful for the service that was provided by your shop and your workers who understood the situation and came through with flying colors. Lake Murray Flower Shoppe will now be the only florist that I will deal with when placing an order for flowers for my mother. Thank you for making an elderly woman happy.

The 4 and 5 star ratings should tell you something. I had a major flower carrier drop the ball on a Mother's Day order. I called Lake Murray Flower Shoppe and it was as if Heaven called upon them to complete the mission. The wonderful lady to picked up the phone listened to my angry ramblings and she got to work right away. While I was looking at some arrangements online, she helped me pick a selection. Payment was a breeze and she said they would make all attempts to deliver by that evening. She concluded the transaction by wishing me a beautiful day and to relax. I let them handle the delivery of precious cargo. Words cannot describe how overjoyed and thrilled I was when my Mum sent me a text message with her freshly delivered flowers, each gorgeous flower was lovingly picked and artfully arranged to create a beautiful masterpiece. Going forward, Lake Murray Flower Shoppe will be receiving my business. Thank you for everything!!! Y'all rocked!!!

The day of the Senior prom, went to pick up order and it was wrong. I ordered it in advance and paid for it ahead of time. We were on a very tight schedule that day. No one called to say that they had changed the flowers. I arrived and ended up in tears. I was upset having to wait while they created a new boutonniere that did not match the corsage. I try to shop local, but this time it was heartbreaking and costly.

The best florist!!! They are always so nice and helpful. Their flowers are updated and fresh. They will take the time to listen and help you decide. I am always scared to order flowers over the phone but they are great and will actually text you a picture of what you are buying! I love their shop! Lots of cool things to choose from. I wouldn't buy my flowers anywhere else. I usually want something custom made not the cookie cutter arrangement and they have great ideas to make it special without breaking the bank !

I ordered flowers for our realtor, who had went above and beyond for the sale of our house. The order was placed on Thursday afternoon and was specifically asked to be delivered in the morning because I knew that our agent would be going out of town in the afternoon. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered in the morning, they LIED to me and said that they were. I was in the awkward position of texting my realtor to ask if she had received them -- which she had not. She went into the office on Sunday evening to get them but the whole thing was RUINED! I requested a refund and the owner called me very indignant. I told her to "do what she thought was the right thing to do" -- which apparently she felt was to keep my money! I will never use this florist again. There is another one is Chapin so RUN from this one!!
