I ordered a bouquet of flower for my wife’s birthday and they did a great job. I am very hestitant ordering online since it’s hard to tell what you might or might not get. They delivered!!!!!! I ordered it and they delivered it within hours. She was very happy and so was I. I would recommend Lazelle flower shop to friends and family. The customer service rep was also very helpful and assisted in every way possible to ensure that I got what I wanted. Thnx thnx a million.

I ordered flowers for my mom for mothers day to be delivered. When I arrived I was disappointed with my purchase. I guess being from out-of-town they thought I wouldn't actually see them. Next time I will save money by spending $50 at the local grocery store when I arrive and have twice at many flowers.

I am local and buy flowers in different places. La Zelle's was so far the worst experience. I gave it a try just due to good reviews online. Bouquet wasn't great and after asking to change is manager was rude. Definitely not the best place

This shop did my flowers for my wedding back when I was 19 years old. I walked in today to get flowers to wire out of town for a death of a good friend they were so very helpful showing me pictures asking me what I would like to put on the card what price range and I walked out knowing that since I cannot be there in person a piece of me will be there to let them know how much I cared for her. Very professional very courteous and I would recommend to anyone

Excellent to work with and delivery was on time and flowers looked great. I was visiting Myrtle Beach for the first time and wanted to have flowers waiting in our hotel room for my wife. I called the hotel and they recommended Lazelles and I see why. I, and more importantly my wife loved the flowers they arranged together. Called La Zelle’s based on a recommendation from the hotel I would be staying at. I wanted a bouquet for my fiancé on our wedding day that would be held on the beach. I wanted something “beachy” and simple. They were very patient with me while we created the order and they did a fantastic job! Best place to get flowers! I was in the process of getting married and that all fell through, I already paid for my flowers for my wedding in full and i didn't want the money to go to waste so since Mother's Day is Sunday I thought I would at least try to get my flowers I had picked out switched to a Mother's Day choice of flower arrangement instead. I called that morning and they were ready that evening. Best customer service, my mom loved her flowers! They were beautiful. Thanks so much for doing that for me at the last minute.

I recently got married, we decided to do our own flowers, except for my bouquet. Let me tell you what a mistake that was. I don't care what it would have cost, if I had known then what I know now, I would have had La Zelle's do all the flowers. No price is worth the headache we went through trying to get everything done in time. My bouquet from La Zelle's was perfect and my mom and aunt did a good job with the arrangements but they'd run out of time to do the arch and I ended up having to throw something together and it was terrible. Trust me when I say let the professionals do it.

They were great!!!! My now wife was trying to plan a wedding to surprise me, but with everything she was doing had forgot to order a bouquet. It was 3:30 pm the day before our 7am beach wedding and it hit her that she forgot to order one. She called La Zelle's which was the 4th flower shop she had called striking out with the previous 3 she was getting nervous. My daughter turned 9 and I was a whole state away I couldn't find anybody to deliver a balloon bouquet and a bear same day delivery right before Christmas without paying an arm and a leg for it. Chris saved the day and came through with a beautiful balloon arrangement and cute stuffed seahorse my daughter loved for an unbelievably low price. They even went one step further and brought them up to the hotel room rather than dropping them off up front and the delivery guy "asked for my daughter by name and pulled the balloons out of nowhere!!" my 9 year old tells me. Thanks Chris for making my daughters birthday special and one she will remember for years to come!!!

SHE WENT GOO GOO! 1st let me say that my wife doesn't go goo goo ga ga for flowers. She thinks there pretty and all but for something that'll die in a week... she just rather go without. But she does love plants. So when I asked La Zelles to give me one of their advertised plant baskets with a twist, they not only met expectations they exceeded them. They came up with a gorgeous plant arrangement with way more stargazer lilies (flowers from our wedding) in it than i paid for. It was perfect. Long story short, with the plant spin on things, I now think she’s a flower person. Awesome job! Will use in the future.

Like what kind of business does that , it was my first and last time I will ever call this place don't know how it even has good reviews

Called earlier today to have flowers sent to my girlfriend. I live in NY so I did a quick google search for a flower shop that delivers and La Zelle's had the best reviews. I'm glad i went with them because they were super friendly and helpful. They got me exactly what I was looking for and delivery was super quick. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Great customer service and my girlfriend absolutely loved them. Would recommend to anyone!!

Ordered online for my mother in law who was spending Mothers Days at a hotel nearby. Arrived on time but the arrangement looked so bad. Really bad. Of course she was happy, any mom would be happy with anything they receive from their children. Including this mess. Of course they never look like the photos and I didnt have that kind of expectation. If I went to the grocery store last minute, grabbed something cheap out of a bucket, it would still look better than that. I really wish I had spent my money elsewhere to get her something half decent. No mom deserves this.
