contacted Keepsakes pretty last minute to get a bouquet for a bridal shoot. They were extremely easy to work with! I said maybe 5 words to her about my bouquet and she knew off the bat what I was looking for. I have to say I was a little nervous, but after I received it, it was everything I was looking for! I browsed through some of the really large online florist websites looking for a bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday, but ultimately made the decision to use Keepsakes Florist because they were local. I found the perfect arrangement and ordered for delivery. I was worried how the item was going to look prior to delivery, but I was hugely impressed to find that they had emailed me a photo of the arrangement that morning. It exceeded my expectations by far. Needless to say, my girlfriend was extremely happy with the flowers and her coworkers were quite jealous. I was very unlike happy about how I was treated once I called back in asking about my delivery. I was told that the flowers were going to be delivered by noon and they weren't delivered untill almost 330. Which is totally unacceptable in my book.

Best of the best! Never feel more welcomed in any other stores but here. Their service is excellent. Wlling to take time to make my vase until I was completely satisfied and in love with it. Wish I knew how to share some pictures of their great work here! Let me play with their cat too- they have a cutest cat ever! I ordered a some flowers on there website for a co-worker that lost a parent and called after I did it to confirm the would be delivered before the service in the morning, The sweet women on the phone informed me she already called the funeral home and the visitation was that evening and she was putting them together and taking them there. Well, the 2 Florists which I did business with for years closed and I did not know which company to call when I needed something. I received something from Keepsakes Florist myself and it was a lovely arrangement, so I called them next time I needed to order and everything was so nice that I have been calling them whenever I need to send something. They get 5 stars from me!

Best florist period. All I have to do is call and tell them 1 or 2 flowers I specifically want in the arrangement and what I want to pay and they never disappoint. I've used them twice for arrangements for our anniversary and each time the bouquets were incredible. They also can make them the same day, call them in the morning and they have it ready by the afternoon.

Very impressed!!!! I live in Kentucky and ordered a fruit basket for my grandmother that's in the hospital. (I used their online service the night before) they sent it to her very promptly the next day. They even emailed me a picture of the fruit basket which was so nice to see.
