Meh, they really aren't the best at arranging. If you're going to try and go high like that, you should be prepared to fill it in a little more with greenery or more flowers.The arrangement just looks spikey to me and not well done. Also, the choice of flowers are less than expected for $70. (Google is not being cooperative with attaching photo)...okay, so there are 3 pics now that won't un-attach. It'll work I guess.

Beautiful flowers for a great price. There was no service charge and no delivery charge (at least when delivered locally). The flowers really exceeded my expectations. They were fresh, vibrant, and looked professionally arranged. The note was a nice touch as it was handwritten by the florist rather than typed and printed from a computer. Bottom line, I was very pleased with their product, price, and service. I would do business with them again and also recommend them to others.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day (which is ALWAYS on Sunday). I placed the order online. I received a receipt e-mail immediately with a delivery date of May the 10th…Mother's Day! I was not able to visit my mom, and since my dad has passed I hate to leave her alone for days like this. So I thought flowers would brighten her day. Not only did she not get the flowers until the day after, but I was never called and informed of this, no one returned the messages I left on Sunday, and the phone stayed busy for hours on Monday. This is the explanation I finally received…"I'm sorry, honey. I know my website said we delivered on Mother's Day, but I'm not in charge of my website. I don't know why they put that. We're not open on Sundays. No flower shop in Rock Hill is. But she got them." THANKS!!!

Be sure to put a phone number that you know will be answered if you're wanting flowers delivered! They didn't even attempt to deliver the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day because my mom was outside all day and didn't hear the phone ringing (even though she was home). They did re-deliver the flowers after I called to complain (which was nice of them), but I still would expect an attempt to deliver on the day delivery is scheduled. Also, the flowers didn't look anything like what was pictured on the website. The bouquet was sparse and not arranged well. Find another florist.

I ordered flowers for a friend recently that were beautiful. But what I loved more than anything is that the card was hand written. So many florists are typing out the messages these days. I thought the hand written note gave the delivery much more personal.

What a wonderful experience all around! I was ordering flowers from far away for my daughter- so lucky to find Jane's site. The flowers were delivered very promptly (I was even called to confirm she'd be home), NO delivery fee locally, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The added touch, which was mentioned by another reviewer, was the handwritten message! Too bad my daughter is leaving the area- I would order again in a minute. Overall I highly recommend this vendor!

Absolutely AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I wanted to use a local florist to send flowers to the funeral of my girlfriend's grandfather in Rock Hill, since I was not able to attend from Chicago. Jane's had good prices, was only a few blocks away from the church, and even guaranteed same-day delivery (which wasn't even necessary since I ordered way in advance). I used the online ordering form and received a confirmation email back right away. After the funeral service, my girlfriend texted me to let me know that the flowers I mentioned never showed up. I called Jane's immediately to see what had happened. When I got Theresa from Jane's on the phone and asked where the flowers were, she said, and I quote "Wait, did you order these through the computer? We just don't always get to those ones right away." SERIOUSLY. THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID. Well, of course, there are no do overs in this sort of situation, and I got a "sorry" from them more fitting for spilling someone's sweet tea rather than for completely embarrassing me and taking away my one opportunity to offer my condolences to the family and honor the deceased despite my physical absence from the service. I wouldn't trust this company with watering my houseplant while I was gone for a half afternoon. Shame on you, Jane.

Very disappointed with the quality and price I paid for the arrangement that was received. I upgraded to a deluxe and the picture online of the "basic" looked way better than the deluxe that was delivered. Not to mention the hand written card had terrible use of grammar. (It was not written as I had typed it online, along with misspelled words scratched out and re written). I expected more and had heard great things about this place. Maybe I just got a case of bad luck, But I was highly disappointed when I saw the arrangement in person. No way it should have been considered a Deluxe.
