I have bought roses there on several occasions. Always too quality. Ladies there are great. They always wrap the flowers so beautifully. And prices are very reasonable.

if i didn't have to put at least one star i wouldn't. Terrible place. I spent $56 on a few flowers, a dented & scratched vase a a balloon that was priced a dollar with dollar tree. Then, my mom called and the lady on the phone was a total smartass. I don't recommended this place for nothing.

They should re-name themselves "Jack's House of Flowers that look nothing like they do in the picture" If this is what $60 of flowers look like then I'm in the wrong business. I didn't realize that I could pick flowers from the side of the road, shove them in a jar, and call myself a florist.

My husband sent flowers to me for Valentine's Day. They were delivered to me later in the afternoon. I sent him a picture of what they looked like to thank him (I thought the arrangement looked very skimpy). My husband was furious! Not what the picture showed and for the $$ spent you would think the arrangement would have had more to it. The arrangement I got is the one that hardly has any flowers - the one from the florist website is the one that looks very full and pretty. Very disappointed. Won't be using Jack's House of Flowers anymore.

The night before High School prom and there were no corsages to be found anywhere. I was really in a bind and other stores were rude and unhelpful....except Jack's!! They bent over backwards to make sure I had a corsage that day! Very friendly staff! Best smelling store ever too!

These ladies rock! not only where they very helpful to me so close to Valentines day the flowers where fresh, beautiful, and the smell of Roses where spot on. the price is the kicker! I got what I was looking for for 1/3 of what people are paying online an locally! I highly recommend this place to people

Extremely disappointed with my order from Jacks House of Flowers. I wanted flowers delivered to my wife on Valentine’s Day and the flowers didn’t arrive until AFTER 9PM!! My kids were already in bed for the night and the dog barking at the front door woke them up!! I called Jacks House of Flowers 3-4 times throughout the day trying to get an update as to when they would be delivered (as I needed them to be there in the morning) and their phone line just rang and rang. No one ever picked up. I tried both of their phone numbers (800 number and 803 number) multiple times. In addition, the bouquet looked very puny. It only had 5 roses and some of the flowers were falling off. There was also a yellow sticky note wadded up on the bottom. I paid $155 for this flower arrangement and it looked almost identical to the ones selling at the grocery store for $19.99. I would never use their services again. Terrible experience, terrible product, and poorly run business.

Oh My Goodness! The plant arrangement I ordered was amazing! I was able to see it at an open house I attended for the grand opening of a dental office. I was so impressed and we certainly got the bang for our buck! I will certainly use them again! Thank you for going the second mile and making us look good!

I'm not one to complain typically but didn't have a good experience with JHF. I ordered flowers for mothers day and asked them to be delivered after 4:30 on Friday. When I got home they were on the porch which sort of ruined the surprise. That didn't bother me as much as the flowers. I spent $70 (upgraded to the deluxe from the standard) and the flowers started dying the next day. We pulled the dead flowers out on Sunday and used what was still alive for a much smaller arrangement that lasted another day or two. Pretty disappointing.

BUYER BEWARE! Avoid being ripped-off and go someplace else. I decided to send flowers to a friend. I spent $78.06 for a teleflora deluxe sunflower vase to be delivered. The next day, I got a polite thank you from the person I sent them to and a picture of the arrangement. I was shocked. Not only did it look nothing like on the web page, it looked a if it was quickly thrown together (by a 5 year old). When I called Jack s to express my disappointment, the florist told me to text her the pictures. So, I sent the pictures of the disappointment and compared it to a much larger and prettier bouquet I found in a SUPERMARKET for $16.00! Their response: The flowers i received are farm fresh (though they happen to not be attractive) and that I am a difficult customer and to just buy my flowers from the grocery store. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible and degrading customer service, not to mention being ripped off in such a big way. I send flowers on-line at least 5 times a year and never had any disappointments. I decided to go away from the big guys and support a local shop- and this is what I received. But their response was even more unbelievable! How can this place stay in business? Yes.....from now on I will go to a nice grocery store for flowers: Better flowers, cheaper prices, better customer service!

I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with THIS business and THEIR service.....(or lack of) ! ! ! I ordered a SPECIFIC plant arrangement with a BROWN wicker basket understanding that it's possible the plants I wanted may not be available and they would make substitutes and that's was ok with me. The MAJOR problem I have is they sent a WHITE wicker basket with the arrangement. I called the day (Monday) that they were delivered and the lady said "they were out of the BROWN baskets" so i asked....WHY didn't you call or email me and inform me of THAT ?????? I asked for the OWNER and she said the owner wasn't in at the time. I gave her my phone number and asked her to have the owner call me ASAP. I didn't hear from ANYBODY ALL DAY Tuesday. I called Tuesday afternoon and got ANOTHER excuse why I hadn't been contacted and was assured I would be contacted NEXT DAY. It's NOW Wednesday afternoon.(2:00pm) and I had to call and to find out the OWNER WAS IN earlier in the day. Why didn't she call me ? The lady then said she'd TEXT the owner with my number and have her call me. It's approaching 4:00pm and i STILL have NOT heard from ANYBODY! ! IMO.........THIS business needs some SERIOUS TRAINING in customer service ! ! ! And FURTHERMORE.........I would HIGHLY recommend to anybody that considers this business for their flower or plant needs to LOOK ELSEWHERE ! ! !

My husband sent me flowers for our three year anniversary. I was overjoyed at the beauty of the floral arrangement and the freshness and brightness of each flower. The roses were carefully wrapped to prevent damage in the delivery process, and the care that they took transporting it showed - it was a flawless work of art that I received countless compliments on throughout the day. The note that Jack's House of Flowers transcribed onto the card on behalf of my husband was personally written, not typed, and the handwriting was lovely and didn't appear rushed or haphazard. Those little details really make a difference. My husband picked a great vendor for this special gift, and, needless to say, the flowers made my day!

SHAME ON YOU JACK'S HOUSE OF FLOWERS. NEVER AGAIN... We were very disappointed to have paid for flowers that were poor quality and only stayed fresh for three days...on the fourth day the flowers were dying and when the florist was informed, the florist stated they had to receive a call from Teleflora to resolve the issue. There were no instructions or food provided for the flowers. Very unprofessional and extremely poor service especially since the flowers were delivered to a grieving person who had just lost a loved one die suddenly while the loved one slept. DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR TO BE QUITE HONEST....
