I bought Flowers and was really dissatisfied the roses had black on the when they were delivered to my girlfriend she said she were about to not accept then .But the flowers were from my heart and the price wasn't what I was quoted when I check my account. So I would suggest going and looking at the arrangement before the delivery takes place I would rate maybe a 3 dissatisfied thanks for you Time Eddie Hughes
