UPDATE 11/12/2016 It has been a month and never received that refund. 10/7/2016-Placed an order yesterday for a wrist corsage and boutonniere for my son and his homecoming date. Unfortunately, tickets to the dance sold out. I went and spoke with the gentleman and he said he would be no problem and would refund my card. He was very nice and understanding. Will return for future needs!

I ordered flowers online and they were never delivered. I called the following day, had to re-order the flowers, and paid for a 'deluxe' version, but the actual delivery was sparse, and did not represent what was shown on their website. When I called to explain to the manager, Larry Pirkle, that I was disappointed in my order, he threatened to 'slander' my name on social media.

Received flowers today that look as though they were arranged several days ago. The water is cloudy with a lot of debris and the roses were already wilting and brown on the edges. I was ASTONISHED when I found out what he paid for them. I would have driven the whole thing back the the shop myself if it hadn’t been closed already.

Wish I had read these horrible reviews before wasting my money. Late delivery, and the letter with flowers had been abbreviated and mispelled because he was to lazy to type out what I wanted. It went from a personal letter of about 3 sentences to "thanks for th 5k" which had nothing to do with the original content. Avoid this atrocity of a company.

If you believe you're getting what you see on their website you're wrong. I ordered a $100 bouquet with a lot of roses for my wife for Valentine's day and what she got was a basic bouquet with only 3 roses, the rest was substituted with something else. It looks alright but it's only worth like $30 and doesn't look like the $100 rose bouquet that I ordered... I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I received a flower cake for my birthday, January 21st. I noticed that the arrangement needed a bit of water when it arrived, so I added some. The flowers began to die the very next day! I just saw the price my husband paid for these flowers and am horrified. The arrangement was not very pretty and the price/quality was not either.

If I could give this company a "zero" star rating, I totally would! My fiancé (who is out of state) ordered flowers, a balloon, and a bear online to be delivered to my work. They promised same day delivery. Not only did I not receive the delivery, but when I showed up at the shop (which is a residential home), I knocked on the door and was met with a very unpleasant owner. When I told him that I was supposed to receive flowers from them today, he immediately cut me off and said, "no, you weren't, not from us." I hadn't even told him my name yet! When I told him my name and where they were supposed to be delivered, he once again said no. I them told him that my fiancé had a receipt for them, and he, again, told me, "no, he doesn't." He said their lines were down all day, which would make sense, since we received a busy tone every time we called. IF YOU WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO DELIVER FLOWERS, THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT HIS CREDIT CARD!?!? I then told him that it makes sense why they have a one star rating, and then he proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was because of customers like me. First time I have ever dealt with this flower shop, and 100% guarantee it will be the last!!!!

I received email confirmation that I ordered the flowers. They were never delivered, and when I attempted to call... my order was "never processed". Please just do yourself a favor and go to another flower shop in Greenville. There are plenty of excellent ones to choose from!

My fiancé ordered flowers to surprise me on Valentine’s Day early this morning, around 7 am, since it guaranteed same day delivery. I never received the flowers and the phone has been suspiciously “busy” all day. He is calling his bank to dispute any charges that he may get from this fraudulent company. Buyer beware!

My boyfriend ordered me a bouquet of balloons with a teddy bear. Not only did I not receive them on “same-day delivery” as they promised, they gave me one less balloon than what my boyfriend paid for AND one was even deflated. Poor quality of work and even worse quality service.

If your goal is to shop for quality flowers then by all means take your business elsewhere. I ordered a PINK corsage with a boutonnière to match. Instead I got a creme/yellow colored set. Both were already bruised and scared and looked far from fresh. By the end of the night both were brown and wilted. When I took the corsage out of the carton, one of the main petals of the orchid fell off...and then on the way up to the building for pictures, I stopped to tie my shoe, and the head of the rose (the only flower in my boutonnière) fell off because the wire used to hold it together was pushed though the head of the flower. The next day when I called for a refund, the flatly refused saying that all purchases are finnal. This is officially the worst flower shop on the east coast. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

The worst! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day and they completely forgot. It's been over a week and I'm still waiting to get my money back. I'm going to have to call the bank and charge it back to them because the owner is so unresponsive. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my significant other this morning and she never received them. It promised “same-day delivery” if ordered before 1PM (I ordered at 7:30AM). She never received them and I tried to call both numbers and they never went through. It’s unacceptable to do that to your customer, especially if they are paying good money to get poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone and don’t care for the arrangement anymore. I’d prefer a refund so I can actually use that money for something worth-while.

This place is a joke. I ordered flowers for a friend and they sent a completely different flowers arrangement, much cheaper. In the top of everything they charged more than what was in the order confirmation. Don’t waste your time.

I put in an online order, the day before I needed flowers delivered, nothing was said that it had to be a minimum amount of $ spent to deliver to the area I needed them sent to....I was not even notified until almost 3 hours past the time I requested them to be delivered, very unprofessional & inconvenient!!! The only reason I gave a one star rating is because I couldn't give a no star rating!!! Very upsetting!!

I ordered a SPECIFIC corsage and boutonniere and was delivered the wrong ones. Not only were they the wrong ones they flowers were all ready beginning to die when they arrived. DO NOT waste your money dealing with this company. My husband died suddenly and my elderly parents wanted to send a really big, nice basket of flowers to me. Many lies were told, and after what was supposed to be a Monday delivery, we finally had the small vase of flowers delivered on Thursday. My sister had to keep calling the PA flower shop so that this flower shop would do the "right" thing. This shop did NOT give good service at all. I am going to the shop and ask for a refund for my parents. I'll comment again if this shop will not give us a refund.

This company has an online rating of 1.6. Today I see why. Gary got ripped off for $80.19 with no call, no text, no email, & I received no flowers. Phone has been a constant busy signal all afternoon. I don't care how busy you are or what lame excuse you come up with, this is unacceptable. These were ordered yesterday.

Most of my family lives out of town. My father recently passed away and the Cremation Society of South Carolina has a link on his obituary to this flower shop. My elderly Aunt in Florida that isn't healthy enough to travel wanted to send her brothers widow (my mom) a nice gourmet fruit basket of pears, grapes, apples, dried cranberries, sausage, crackers and cheese wrapped up nice that was described on the web page in great detail! It was $75. It was a nice gesture, but what we received was hardly worth $25.... it was 2 snack bags of pretzels, 2 snack bags of cookies, a candy bar, a bag of Prepridge Farms shortbread, a couple apples and some hardly edible small oranges not wrapped at all. When my sister called the owner (because we felt that our Aunt was taken advantage of), he accused her of being an idiot & said that they delivered that on a Saturday and it costs $15 alone for delivery on a Saturday and that basket was exactly what it was supposed to be. She was so aggravated and still grieving that she hung up on him. The obituary page also showed that someone ordered a beautiful flower basket with butterflies in it that we never received, it was $78 that this business pocketed and now we don't know who sent it nor do we know who to thank for trying to pay their respects to my family. That makes us look disrespectful to whoever this was. To top it off, my mom was called by the Cremation Society of SC and told that they had received flowers for her and she was asked to call the flower shop to give her address so they could get them directly to her instead. She called and they made arrangements to bring them to her. When the arrangement arrived, she thought it may be the missing basket, instead it was a partially dead, partially filled with flowers mess with an ugly gold cherub in it with a violin. The clincher, THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS INTENDED FOR SOMEONE ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FOR A DIFFERENT FAMILY FROM SOMEONE WE DON'T KNOW!!! When we called to inform the driver immediately that there was an error, she began to argue that she was the florist and that wasn't an error. We tried to call and speak to the owner of the shop after getting no where with the delivery driver and we got Frank who began very defensively and rude as he had before when we called, but calmed down long enough to hear that the flowers delivered belonged to someone else and said that it was the fault of the Cremation Society of SC. At this point, my newly widowed mother decided that it's best to just let it go and she feels bad for the family that purchased this gift for their grieving family and for the person/people that bought the basket for her that we can't acknowledge. On a positive note, Cremation Society of SC went above and beyond our expectations in their care and handling of my father and we are forever grateful to them for this and recommend them to anyone needing their services. Buyer beware with the floral shop link!!! Unfortunately, there's nothing on the link indicating which floral shop is supposed to fulfill the order. We think this flower shop is taking advantage of grieving family's and their loved ones and friends!!! Absolutely Shameful!!!!!

I agree with all the reviews posted and should of read it before my son placed the order. So my son placed the order of 6 balloons, lrg bear to be delivered same day as well. But 1 was deflated!! I called up the store to make a complaint and explained situation, but Mr.Larry told me that my son didn't have enough $$ for 6 balloons & that he gave him a bigger bear. REALLY? The order online was followed specifically on what was to be ordered. He told me he had 5 funerals and hung up on me! Poor customer svc and was very rude to do that!!! We will never order from that shop again! Not a happy customer!!

If you're looking for a great place to get flowers or plants you would be better off looking elsewhere. They are high priced and the owner, Larry, appears to be related to the little birdie that pops out of those German made wall clocks from the Black Forest. I asked a simple question and pretty much got yelled at. Rude, crude, and ill mannered are just a few words that spring to mind. Anyway, I checked for reviews and see that I was correct in leaving this place without buying anything. I even checked the BBB and see that he has D rating. They say he has informed them he will not respond to complaints. Wow! How does a business like this stay open!?

I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering.. BUYERS BEWARE!!! The owner Larry is VERY rude.... I placed an order over the phone after seeing an arrangement online ... I ordered purple flowers, bear and balloon to be sent to the hospital to my cousin.. The flowers delivered were not the flowers I requested.. The arraignment only had one purple flower in it and random flowers just shoved in everywhere. I was over charged by $30 and the bear was not even with the order. I live out of town so I asked my mother to run by the flower shop to inquire about the mix up. My mom called me really upset and said that Larry was yelling at her and telling her that I was wrong he doesn't make mistakes. He said that is exactly what I ordered because he wrote it down while talking to me and that I was wrong and he did deliver a bear. He said he made the delivery himself and called my family liars.. He was so mad and screaming and told my mom that he can't un-deliver it and we get what we get and stormed off into the back. A younger lady came out and spoke with my mom because she was refusing to leave until the issue was resolved. She spoke with my mom and was much nicer than Larry. She issued my card a $30 credit and gave my mom the bear that was missing from our order. I'm thankful that the issue was resolved but I'm pretty sure this guy ruined my mom's day with his nasty attitude.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

He has no consideration for others time and fails to deliver on time. He is nice, but cannot do what he says he will do. Listen to the reviews and save yourself some time and frustration by going somewhere else

Priced a product through the funeral home then checked out Greenville Flowers. They had the exact same product for a little more with a HUGE banner saying 30-40% off. But when I called to place the order they told me that it wasn't really a discount and that is was "30-40% lower than the funeral home pricing". When I showed them the exact product by the funeral home for less they only responded "Sorry, that is just the way we do it".

Ordered flowers for my mom Valentine's day morning. Got a call around 130 saying they couldn't deliver but guaranteed that they would deliver today and guess what? No delivery today either. Very upset and on top of that they tried to charge my account $78 for a $43 order and tried to charge me 3 times. Never ever using this company again. Very very disappointed and they won't answer the phone when you call in to ask questions.

I don't even want to give this place one star. They were so unbelievably disappointing. My mom didn't receive her flowers until 5PM yesterday! It's a good thing she was still at work! But the worst part is the carelessness of whoever typed my "personal written note". Let me assure you I spelled everything right. The fact that my mom got a letter that says "Happy Bothers day" on Mother's Day is just absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention all the other misspelled words (see photo). I am furious and want my money back. This place is utterly terrible.

This place is awful! I ordered online, and called in to confirm my order and the owner was extremely rude on the phone. When I got my order it was wrong, unacceptable, and definitely not was I ordered or what I saw online. When I called back he was surprised that I wasn’t satisfied with the order and stated that they ran out of lilies, and the basket so that’s why he just sent me what he did. This was the worst service and the unprofessionalism is just out of this world. Don’t waste your time!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OVER PRICED AND DEAD WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I PAID FOR 24 LONG STEM ROSES AND ONLY RECEIVED 18. I CALLED THE DAY THEY WERE DELIVERED AND THE SHOP WAS CLOSED TRIED TO CALL FOR THREE DAYS STRAIGHT AND NO ANSWER. WHEN I DID GET A HOLD OF AN EMPLOYEE HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND STARTED YELLING AT ME THAT HE ARRANGED THEM AND THAT MY 88 YEAR OLD MOTHER WAS STUPID AND COULD NOT COUNT. I ASKED AN EMPLOYEE FROM THE ASSISTED LIVING CENTER THAT MY MOTHER RESIDES AT TO PLEASE COUNT THEM FOR ME. THEY CONFIRMED THAT ONLY 18 WERE IN THE VASE. THEY ALSO WENT ON TO SAY THEY WERE THE WORSE FLOWERS THEY HAD EVER SEEN. I ASKED THEM TO KEEP THEM IN THE FRONT OF THE COMMUNITY AND TO MAKE SURE THEY PUT A BIG SIGN IN FRONT OF THEM NOT TO PURCHASE ANY FLOWER FROM GREENVILLE FLORIST. I PAID $107.00 FOR THE FLOWERS. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT SHE WAS SHORT ROSES, HE SAID THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND HUNG UP ON ME. HE WAS AN OLD MAN NAMED LARRY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THE FLOWER SHOP AND LARRY.

This place is trash. As soon as I walk in the door, the main guy is dropping several homophobic slurs. Once I approach him, he starts being rude and clearly doesn't want to work. When we selected the flowers we wanted, he demanded a payment even though we weren't picking up the flowers for two days. He got pissed when we told him no services had been rendered. Threw a credit card at us while he mumbled a racial slur. I have never been so disgusted in my life. This place is disgusting. STAY AWAY! So many better places around the area!

These hack frauds had one job, deliver flowers on Valentine's Day...and they failed. Miserably. Not only did they not deliver the flowers, they failed to tell me that they weren't going to deliver the flowers. They also had the nerve to charge my credit card (all the while not delivering the flowers). DELIVER THE ******* FLOWERS. Thank goodness my credit card company isn't as inept as these indolent buffoons and were able to cancel the charge. If these people are still in business in a month, they're clearly a front for opioids. F.
