I have been using Granny’s now for many years and have dealt with Steven personally on many occasions from Birthday arrangements, sympathy arrangements and my most favorite memories are the prom corsages he’s helped make for my children’s proms. He and his staff are very caring and always take whatever time needed to get the job done. They are the only florist I will use & the only florist I will recommend.

I called last Minute and explained how soon I needed Flowers delivered. I was shocked when Steven Assured me he could have the flowers arranged and delivered within an hour. I called one of his competitors, before calling him, they explained it was impossible to do something last minute. Extremely friendly staff Thank you Steven

I am out of town and I ordered flowers through The Sympathy Store online and Granny's Florist was picked to fulfill my order. The flowers that we sent were nothing like I picked out. Steve said he didn't have the flowers that were in the arraignment I chose so he was told to substitute flowers. He told me The Sympathy Store only paid them $69 and for $69 I got 4 roses and 3 white hydrangeas. How much cheaper can you get! They should be ashamed of what went out of this store! Steven was not helpful and did not seem to care that he made just a cheap arraignment!

I am in no way a flower person. For our wedding, we wanted very very simple, low key. Steve made the most elegant arrangements I've ever seen!...including the patience of arranging pearls along the strands of the greenery. He even helped me preserve my bridal bouquet and supplied extra bling so it looked like it did the day of.

We recently held a statewide WoodmenLife Convention in Myrtle Beach and Granny's Florist provided the beautiful flowers. We received many positive comments on how gorgeous the flowers were. We shopped around a couple of other local florists and we were so glad we chose Granny's Florist. Recently, my husband lost his precious mother and when the decision came for choosing a florist, there was no question who we would use to supply all the flowers. Steven is a creative genius with an attention to detail that is by far, the best I have ever worked with. What means more than that to us as a family, was the love and attention he used to put together arrangements that WE wanted and asked for and he used every possible flower he had to make it happen. When you call Granny’s, you get the sense of a family member helping you make these hard decisions, you have a friend who will walk you through each step, and the end result will leave you almost speechless because it is even more than you ever thought it could be. I’ve worked with businesses through the US, Canada and Europe, and very few come close to matching the quality, customer service and care that I have found with Granny’s florist almost 40 years! Steve and his crew have always been my “go-to” for anywhere covered by their delivery area and any occasion! We live out of state now, but the flowers for all 4 of my grandparents’ funerals, numerous weddings and countless get well soon, birthday arrangements and plants for dear friends have always been what we call “GAWGEOUS!” Steve is not only extremely talented and creative designer, but has the biggest heart! Every time I’m able to walk into the store, he takes the time to visit with me and really makes me feel like family. There isn’t another florist I trust as much as I do Granny’s Florist in Conway!
