Sue made the flower arrangements for our wedding this past June. They were gorgeous! She made two beautiful arrangements for the church altar along with smaller arrangement for the end of the pews. The bridal bouquet was simply breathtaking! It was very easy working with Sue to determine our budget, what arrangements we needed, type of flowers, and colors. She had some great ideas and was very helpful. Thank you for all your hard work Sue! It was a pleasure working with you. And the arrangements were absolutely beautiful! Just what I'd imagined! :)

I am SO happy with Flowers by Sue!!! You brought delight to my daughter as a surprise delivery on her birthday. I procrastinated in my decision to send flowers and by the time I decided to order, it was same day....these lovely people went above and beyond to deliver to my daughter at her place of employment just a few hours after I ordered them. Of course my daughter thanked me profusely and sent me a picture of the lovely arrangement. The selection of flowers and greens and colors was stunningly beautiful. Thank You Flowers by Sue!!! (You were recommended to me by my niece who lives on the Island, you had provided flowers for her grandmother's funeral and she was very happy with your services. Flowers by Sue and her staff handled all the flowerrs including those for wedding party of 14 and the reception - (for 170) held last week-end in Hilton Head. I can honestly say not only did her staff create the most beautiful arrangements, but they went out of their way with every aspect, from matching the color of the roses ("peach not orange") that my daughter requested, to following our theme of "Elegant by the Sea". She included every flower we had discussed using and the arrangements were just amazing. She even let us take all the arrangements back to the hotel, and bring back the vases later in the week. The flowers were so fresh that they stayed gorgeous for the next 5 days- I hated to toss them out when we left the island. All of our guests commented on the wondeful flowers that made the venue magical.

Amazing service. I called a week before my wedding anniversary to have an arrangement sent to our room at The Marriott Resort prior to our arrival as a surprise for my wife. They were there. We enjoyed them for 4 days and debated taking them home in the car. We took them with us to Defauski Island. This gorgeous arrangement sat in a hot,parked SUV for 3.5 hours. They still looked beautiful. We still have them displayed in our home (7 days from delivery) but plucked out just 4 tired looking small roses. Tremendous service. Very fresh flowers.

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with a renewal of vows last Saturday. Flowers by Sue prepared a beautiful bouquet of white roses for the occasion. Six days later we are still enjoying the flowers in a vase at our home. Wonderful job Sue!

UPDATE... Well...after multiple emails, messages and phone calls I'm pleased to say that Sue made things right. Sue did...not the "gentleman." She obviously cares about her customers and takes pride in her work...which I said, has always been lovely in the past. I'll chalk this up to a one off mistake....it happens, but the rudeness that I experienced on the phone from the "gentleman" was not a mistake...keep him off the phones and thank you for the stunning arrangement...it was not necessary, but a lovely and appreciated gesture. Thank you... Eleven tulips, half of which were already failing, in a vase with a few sprigs of green and a few swirling red sticks of glitter all for $76.85? That's what seems to be "filled to order" for a Christmas arrangement. Funny, that when I called the shop and asked what one dozen tulips would cost delivered I was quoted $50.00 plus tax and delivery. But the thing that really made me write this review was the horrible customer service, and belligerent "gentleman" on the phone. I didn't want a full refund at all...I wanted an adjustment for the price differential that my son paid and I was quoted, I think that would have been fair...basically, he was ripped off and the order was just filled any old way. Oh, and sorry I didn't contact you sooner, but the shop was CLOSED. And this is a shame, in the past, as I had pointed out, we have been happy with the service, but based on the horrible, rude attitude that I experienced, you have lost a loyal ten year customer. Well done!

My fiancé and I went in to get prices for our wedding on June 11, 2017. We were greeted by a "busy" Deborah and we asked questions about what we should use for a summer wedding, what is popular, and hoped for help picking out flowers. We were told to look at out dated photos and were given zero help and no pricing on anything. We came to the store for help and received no help and answers with attitude because she was "busy." Sad to say we will not be doing business with flowers by sue and we will recommend that no one goes there. This all happened today March 28, 2016.

Fantastic service! They were so nice about my rush request! I called from Atlanta this morning at like 10:15, and ordered flowers to be delivered "after 2" to my fiance who was staying in a rental condo in Shipyard. I called back 30+ minutes later to ask if they could make the delivery by noon. They made the delivery at 11:30, and my fiance was surprised and thrilled with the flowers. +1

I googled Hilton Head florists this morning and found Flowers by Sue, inc. I called to inquire about sending flowers to mom for her birthday. They were extremely helpful and accommodating on the phone, offering to deliver this afternoon, and because Palmetto Dunes was "just around the corner," the delivery charge was even a little less than stated on the website. Mom called a little bit ago crying, she was so happy! She said she had just received the most beautiful flowers. She couldn't get over how vibrant the colors were and large the arrangement was. She just kept saying over and over how beautiful they were! I did not spend a great deal of money and have never ordered from this company before. They simply took a phone order from a random customer and through exceptional customer service, outstanding teamwork and pride they delivered happiness and joy to a complete stranger. Well done Flowers by Sue, and thank you!
