Extremely kind and professional. I sent flowering plant to an ill family member at local hospital from out of state. They went the extra mile to confirm room number and even called to inform me of a room number change. My cousin was cheered up by the gorgeous calla lilies!!

High five to a flower shop that gets it right every time. Y'all, I've gone through lots of *other flower places in Florence and other areas across this great country of ours, and 1/2 the time they didn't get your order somehow, or they replace a bunch of flowers with something else you didn't order, or the size is wrong or the flowers are clearly the last of a batch they are cleaning out. maybe when you go through 1-800 Flowers a ProFlowers etc, they get a smaller cut and so they use crappie or flowers. That makes sense I guess. Anyway, with Starks, I can just call and speak to them clearly about what I'm looking for and they tell me exactly what they've got, when they will deliver it, how much it'll cost, and they take it all down in like three and a half minutes, and it's the beautiful simple transaction that ordering flowers should be. Also, they are always extremely cordial and respectful to me about putting the recipient's name exactly as I ask, which is important to me, and, according to my mom and cousin and the people who have received Starks flowers and plants, they are always beautiful and in great, fresh shape. These guys are great; I've used them since college, so literally 20 years.
