They went over and beyond anything we have ever experienced before, they called to let us know exactly when they would be delivered and called back today to find out if she liked it. I can't say enough about Flowers & Baskets Florist! Someone very dear to me passed away and without hesitation I placed an order with this floral shop because of the various options but more importantly because of the beautiful pictures of arrangements displayed online. I also loved the fact that this place had at least one other good review which I couldn't even seem to find with the other flower shops in the area. At any rate, a special thanks to you Ms. Gail for taking all my calls and for reassuring me that the flowers would arrive at the funeral home on time and be just as perfect as the picture online. Thank you for texting a picture of the flowers to me as well to calm my nerves since I cannot be there physically to see it in person. Great customer service warrants great support and word of mouth! Again, thank you so very much & keep up the wonderful hospitality and customer service!

So DISAPOINTED! Ordered flowers to be delivered today, for Mother's Day. The flowers looked awful! Called and was reassured new ones would be brought by my mothers office. The owner of the floral shop came by and took my mothers flowers without giving her new ones, two hours after promised. I bought this gift for my mother so that she may have them on her desk throughout her work day. Now it is 1 o'clock and my mother has no flowers on her desk. The owner then decided to tell my mother how much I paid for the flowers and the break down of that goes in the vase. She was so rude to my mother, embarrassing her in front of her coworkers. I will never be using this shop again! I live 6 hours away from home and this is something that I can do for my mom to let her know I'm thinking of her, a sweet gesture has turned into a nightmare. If you are looking for quality, then please look elsewhere!
