My daughter, who lives out of state, ordered a beautiful floral centerpiece for me for Christmas to enjoy while we had company for Christmas. It never arrived. She was sick about it and then I was upset because she was so upset. She received a delivery confirmation also. I received an arrangement after the guests were gone which missed the point of getting them. I'm really disappointed as it made my daughter so upset to think I must have thought she didn't care about giving me a Christmas gift.

We had a terrible experience getting prom flowers. After being told we could get them "any time on Saturday" we were told to come back "after 2:00". We then had to wait over an hour (listening to waiting customers being treated extremely rudely by the florist), and we finally we're given the tiny flowers pictured here for $50!! I don't care how fresh they are or how pretty they are. These tiny roses are not worth $50!! Now I know why the big stores are closing business like this one. I won't be back.

I am an Admin Asst and ordered flowers from Floral Renditions for a co-worker to be delivered to a hospital. I found the florist via a Google search and decided to give them a try based on their distance to the hospital. I read the reviews but decided to ignore the negative comments. And I'm so glad I did!! The flowers were delivered to Pelham Medical Center as requested, but the patient had been released! Someone named Donna texted me to give me the news but as it was later in the day, I couldn't contact anyone to figure out an alternate way to get the flowers to the patient. The next morning I was able to get a home address for our employee and Donna texted back to let me know that it was "no problem!" From my first conversation with Keith, to receiving a copy of the receipt for my expense report, to the delivery issue, Floral Renditions made it happen. Tthe cost was very reasonable as well. I truly appreciate their service, professionalism and attention. If I need flowers in their delivery area again, I will certainly call Floral Renditions!! You should too.

I had the pleasure of having Floral Renditions provide the flowers for a wedding I was hosting at my restaurant Chateau St John this past weekend. The young lady that brought and set up the flowers was incredibly professional and courteous even with the blazing sun she was working in. The flowers were beautiful and have lasted being left out all weekend with no water. In fact I've taken the yellow roses out of their arrangements and am using them on my tables for dinner service tonight (shhhh). Again AMAZING work and the BEST of quality. I would without hesitation recommend Keith Hodges and his team at Floral Renditions for any event.

Friend ordered an arrangement for his wife for Valentine’s Day to be delivered to her work they asked what time she got off work and promised that the flowers would be deliveredShe got off work at 5 PM still no flowers they have his number from the get-go because I’m the one who ordered them for him and yet they never called to tell them what happened so basically his Valentine’s Day with his wife is now ruined because of this crappy service

Only because I had to give it a star to comment. AWFUL- Anyone could pick up flowers from the gas station and arranged better. They were a day late delivering and they had excuse after excuse--- new excuse when flowers were delivered was that they were out of the flowers. I have never been so disappointed in an arrangement that cost so much money. BUYER BEWARE- DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Finding the right flower shop at the last minute you can trust can be hard and in event business, you need professionals that follow through and they deliver every time! Floral Renditions fulfilled an order I placed through 1-800 Flowers for a Christmas bouquet for my mother. The attached pictures show what we ordered vs what my mother received. We were heartbroken when we saw what she received. Christmas has always been an important holiday for my mother, and we weren't able to spend it together this year. The bouquet we picked out was great because it resembled a tree to add a little something special. The product received looks nothing like what we ordered and doesn't include half of the items that were supposed to be on the "tree." What my mother received looks like scraps left over from making an actual tree bouquet arrangement. Floral Renditions should be ashamed that they, in good faith, sent this to fulfill this order.

This sorry company has missed delivering to me 3 time in 5 years, including today. I advised my husband to never use them again after the first missed delivery. Well, he didn't listen, and now here we are again, no flowers on Valentine's Day. Of course the flowers were paid for 3 weeks ago. Also, when this does happen, you have to argue with them. By the way, Floral Renditions is the florist they contract with that fails to deliver. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I called to order a bouquet for my child's school event before 9am and told them i needed something with blue and yellow flowers. Was told it would be ready at 12. I got there at 1220 and was told the flower truck came late and they hadn't prepared it yet. Said they would do it and take about ten mins. let them know i was on my lunch break. The lady put some purple and yellow flowers together and i told her the school colors were blue and yellow. i was then told there is "no true blue flower" . it would have been nice to know that at 9 am when i called originally. I was charged $20 for a bouquet i was not satisfied with because i needed it in a hurry and was not prepared like i was told when i got there. I was not happy with the product or service.

See response "from owner" very EXCUSE oriented seems like a lot of apologizes from this place on these reviews. Its obvious they need out of the 1800Flowers business if not the floral business in general. BUYER BEWARE!!! I am sorry that I am posting this late and hope that no one else has fell victim to this SCAM BUSINESS. My wife's birthday was April 11 and I ordered her flowers from 1800Flowers. The affiliate that filled the order was FLORAL RENDITIONS. The flowers arrived a day late (April 12 @8:00pm) after an hour on the phone with 1800Flowers. This has happened before with this exact same florist. See the attached photo, the price paid was $107! I no longer use 1800Flowers as I feel like they do not follow-up on their affiliates and don't care if their name is ruined. I would challenge the owner of FLOR RENDITIONS to contact me and explain how they offer a VALUE and good SERVICE. Photos speak for themselves if you ask me.

AMAZING Florist and absolute life-saver! A few years ago a dear friend of mine was getting married and wanted to have a big,b wedding with no expense spared and I was in charge of decorations... And by decorations I mean pretty much every living plant with a bloom on it in the northern hemisphere! (Ok, maybe not that many but you get the point, A LOT of flowers were to be at this wedding!) I'm not a wedding planner or anything of the sort. I attempted to retain a florist for this occasion and was told that all would be available and ready and looking great by the wedding date. However as count down to the big day fell down to the week before I was informed that the Florist could not only create any beautiful works of art to display at said wedding because of some company mishap, they also would not direct me to anyone that could help me pull this off. So I began to Google local Florists and Floral Renditions was the closest at that time. With a great amount of fear and anxiety I explained to Keith, owner of Floral Renditions, what my issue was with not having flowers needed. Not only did he have all of the flowers that were needed, have them all ready and delivered BEFORE the wedding to be properly displayed, but all of the arrangements we're absolutely stunning. You could tell by looking at them that this man truly takes pride in his work! He saved my life, the day, and the wedding! Needless to say, I still use Floral Renditions to this day! I recommend you do the same!!!!

So I ordered the "Deluxe Junk Food Basket" and paid extra for 3 mylar balloons for my husband on our 22nd wedding anniversary. They sent a small basket filled with leftover Christmas items (peppermints, cookies, etc.) and a small balloon on a stick. Terrible service. Very disappointed. I had it sent to my husband's place of business and it was embarrassing when I saw a picture of the basket and it had all Christmas leftovers!!! If I could rate less than 1 star I would....
