My fiancee came in here to buy a floral head wreath and was told to go to hobby lobby, buy some fake flowers, then pay her $100. Kroger charged $30 for real flowers, and an arrangement as well, and with zero nasty attitude. Go to Kroger instead.

I made a Special Request for a Valentine's Day flower arrangement and Floral Gallery exceeded my expectations. When it was delivered it blew my reciever away. So fabulous! I used Floral Gallery website and ordered the Designers Choice arrangement and entired some desires of mine in the comment box and WOW!

If a zero (0) o seer less could be given, this place would be a winner. Poor service-, horrible customer service, phone and work ethics and attitude towards callers is is very unprofessional- since people placing orders is what pay the bills. An order placed to be delivered on Saturday by daughter who is in the armed service - no delivery because Casey had a wedding to go to she said on Saturday. Company's voicemail said they are open until finished. Company driver called today and said he would leave fresh flowers on porch ! It is hot in Aiken. Told that was unacceptable. He offered to leave with a neighbor because there were vehicles in their yard! Also unacceptable. Suggested he deliver to another address. He said he would need permission. I called company and was told that it would be an additional charge? Really? This company failed to provide a paid service on time and now wants to charge extra? Told Casey, I would meet the driver at my residence. I drive home from work-No delivery person is there. Check with my neighbor who is also on break- no delivery there either. PLEASE, PLEASE choose another online delivery service! I will definitely not use this company for local or online services.

Wow, PITIFUL! Ordered through one of the online flower companies that use local florists for fulfillment. If this is the best Floral Gallery can do when dealing with the online companies, they should STOP!!! The quality of what was delivered to my daughter for her birthday was DISGUSTING and nothing close to what was ordered. No ribbon, DROOPING lilies and what looked like flowers just thrown in a vase with no arrangement. To the credit of the online company they have offered to redeliver 1st AM next day. Unfortunately, my daughter has already received a SUBSTANDARD order for her birthday. STEER CLEAR OF FLORAL GALLERY!!!

The day of my daughter's prom I called this florist shop at 140p and received no answered. Mind you, this was on a Saturday. I tried a second time and someone picked up. I explained this was an urgent situation and the person said they were not in the shop but would be going there later in the day. I asked for a corsage with pink in it to match my daughter's dress. She said she would make something for me and it would be ready by 4p. This person went above and beyond in my perspective. Someone this kind does not do something like this for one person and not the next. When you are kind it is instilled in you, it can't be fake. Thank you so much for being the person you are and making my daughter fill like a princess on her special day.

Trust me just don't!!! This place is so disappointing I was convinced it was a scam. I could've picked weeds and put them in a bottle and made a better arrangement than what I got. Beyond disappointed. Don't dare try and call because I called 30 times and never once spoke to a person. What a joke! In response to the owner: First of all I was not in the slightest way pleased. Secondly I did not tell her she hung up on me I said that someone hung up on me because I had called 30 times and finally reached someone and then apparently the "service was poor". Yea I bet. So in a professional business usually if a paying customer calls and ask about the status of their order and it disconnects, do you not attempt to call them back? In my 30 calls to you all I never received one call back. Can you not provide customers with a way to reach you personally. The only reason I even stepped foot in your business or whatever you want to call that place is to find out where my order was at since not one person could call me back or email me. Blame it on your outdated telephone line or whatever I do not care. I also sent an email to your provided adress and u fail to check your inbox. Both situations fall under your own personal problems. Maybe just put on your site "We suck" and then we can call it fair. As for the vase substitution you email me at 5:30 saying something like delivery after 6 sub vase. So where in that did it ever occur to you that I accepted the substitution for the dollar general vase you provided? Please show me where I agreed to the substitution because your a liar. I mean come on already. You not answering customer calls and not checking your email is your problem not mine. You said you can't rush orders that are placed after 1 on a holiday. I placed mine at 11:48am so idk why you even mentioned that because it doesn't apply to me. I literally live maybe not even a mile away from your store and the driver even tells my wife he is sorry that he is late so.... And for me speaking to you on the phone I was definetly not being nice I was being tolerant of the incompetence of you and your business because it literally ruined everything I had planned. I wasn't going to scream and yell at you but I will inform any of your future customers of your lack of service through this review so they don't make the same mistake that I did. I don't know what makes you think that any of this is acceptable business but hey whatever floats your boat. You fooled me once but won't happen again I assure you that!

I had three interactions with Casey. First was positive. When I was shopping around for a florist for my wedding. So I decided to go with her. The second interaction was horrible she was short, rude And I end up going with another. So I decided to give her a second try. Because everyone have a bad day. Three I call and ask if she can make something before I can finish telling she cuts me off. Let's say it won't be a fourth.

If I had the option to give them no stars, I would do so. I called them on Friday for a Mother's Day delivery on Saturday. Their voicemail said to go to their website to place my order. I did that and they immediately charged my credit card. There was no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. All I got was a an email saying that the phone number was invalid and the address was wrong. Both were correct and the driver apparently just didn't make the effort to find the the address. I will never use them again and I would not recommend that anyone else does either.

Planning a wedding out of state can be very hectic, expecially in a town where there are few vendors advertising. I found Casey and Floral Gallery online and though the reviews were mixed I decided to reach out to her. After emailing back and forth on bouquet concepts I decided to go with her and I was so happy at the outcome of my flowers. They were BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Even several days later, after my ceremony, the are still going strong. Thank you Casey!
