My husband and I currently live in Virginia and wanted to send flowers to our realtor in Greenwood. I found this florist online and was extremely happy with my choice. Rose called me to let me know some of the flowers in my selection were not available that day and offered comparable ones. I asked if she would mind texting me a picture of them before delivery. I tried to contact 3 florist in greenwood, prior to Miss Rose answering to phone. Thank God the other 3 did not answer. Rose made me smile just with her extra attention to customer service. My wife received a beautiful arrangement, and a free smile. This will be the ONLY florist I use in gwd. Thanks again, sexy rose with flowers of gold!!!!

She called me to confirm and went over details with me, she went the extra mile to send me pictures of my vase and arrangement to make sure it was what I wanted due to them being different colors because of the seasons. It is not the stores fault that the partnership online connection in which was suspended took your request when it was suppose to off line for 2days ... I was there when the service stated that wed. 430 pm the online would be suspended till 9am Fri . The 15th ... U placed ur request at a time in which the system was down is why your response to deny your request was given back at such a short notice ...Mrs rose is wonderful designer and has a substantial business and has built a clientail over 29 years of service so this untimely unfortunate incident is beyond the control of the actual shop for it is bloomnations partner ship at fault for not not following the request of the business n closing the online services for the valentine holiday ...this place is still the best one in the county of greenwood and I will and have always recommended it to everyone .....

Living out of town, I was a bit concerned about ordering a floral arrangement online. I decided to give it a try however, and guess what?... they delivered!! My friend received a beautiful arrangement (at a very reasonably price). I highly recommend this vendor and will definitely use them again.

Ordering online was great! Easy to choose, pay, etc. However, I got a call the day the flowers were going to be delivered stating I needed to pay $15 more dollars to deliver the order. The website stated the zip code was in the delivery area and I paid a $10 delivery fee. After talking the owner, she stated plenty of people pay the $25. I ended up cancelling my order and placing an order with Jerry's Floral Shop. Jerry's only charged a $10 delivery fee to the same address. Be weary of delivery fee hikes if you order from here.

I called The flower shop in late November because my daughter lives in Greenwood SC. I live in Charleston SC. For my daughter's Elexis 21st birthday on 11-30 I called & ask for them to do a beautiful wreath that would last through Christmas it was my daughters first apartment on her own and she was turning 21. When I arrived at Christmas she still had it hanging on the front door it was & still is a beautiful wreath and now it hangs inside on Her hallway as a reminder of Her first delivery to her own place and her flower arrangement which was a wreath that she got on her 21st birthday :-))) It is still beautiful!!!! Thanks for wonderful service!!!!

This company does extremely high volume at Valentines and they shut down their partnership wire services due to the amount of orders and delivering! So it’s hard for me to believe they was unprofessional and didn’t give you great services after being open for over 29 years so something is definitely wrong if theirs negativity

Do not order from this company!! They cancel orders without your knowledge. I ordered a Spray for a funeral Service and they cancelled via email the day of the Funeral 2 hours before......and never called to offer an alternative. Local Florist I called acknowledged their terrible service!!! WHO DOES THAT.....THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS BUT ESPECIALLY WITH SUCH A SAD CIRCUMSTANCE OF WHY WE ORDERED FROM THEM.
