My Mom used Coggins for very special Memorial occasions previously. When she passed, I was given this privilege and so decided to keep using Coggins since they had done so well in the pass. After paying about $180.00 for the occasion in April 2019, it was very disappointing to see the flowers falling apart at the event - the same night of delivery! Since it was such a special and important event, I'm not sure I will use Coggins in the future.

Same. I ordered my mom flowers and chocolates for Mother's Day. order was not as appeared on site & they forgot the choolates...this is the second year they forgot them. I'll never use them again...disappointing

I ordered a dozen roses from this place. Apparently they use some answering service. When I arrived to pick up the flowers they had no idea of the order. I wanted them presentation style. He grabbed a dozen from the display in a vase and told me if I wanted to wait 20 minutes he could put them in presentation style. I didn't have 20 minutes. All the mix ups didn't keepvthem from charging me 70.00 for a dozen roses. This place is a rip off and terrible customer service.

I have been ordering flowers for a long time, and been disappointed a lot. FINALLY I made an order and it was exactly like it looked on the their website. The flowers were fresh, big and the bouquet was full. Certainly appears to have been done by people who care about their business.

I ordered flowers from 1-800 Flowers, Coggins was the local shop tasked with my delivery. The bouquet they deliver was 1/3 the size I paid for and also had mold or mildew on several of the flowers. I call Coggins and they said they would come out to pick up the bouquet and deliver another one. The second bouquet was bigger but very few of the Lilly's have blossomed and even fewer are ready to. On top of that, the second bouquet also has mold on several of the flowers. I would choose and pick up your bouquet in person.

Ordered yellow carnations and red roses for my sons funeral and the roses were beautiful. The carnations were white. Wrong!! They even checked to make sure they had yellow. Disappoonted

Not sure how the flowers are but your delivery driver drives like an asshole.as I was turning on to a road I had a turn single on proceeds to go over a double yellow line then get right back behind me and lay on the horn as a delivery driver myself you should really learn to have some consideration for others on the road

At a time when we needed flowers or a potted plant for a family funeral, we called Coggins and they more than delivered! Our arrangement was beautifully done and delivered in a timely manner! I might add that we have a very "short window" in which Coggins could create what we wanted and deliver and we are grateful! Our family would highly recommend Coggins for any future floral needs.

I would give ZERO stars if I could, ordered online as I live out of state to have flowers sent to my mom, not only did they send the wrong arrangement, they flowers looked nothing like the website. They got delivery time wrong and refused to replace arrangement!! WIll never use/request this service again!!!!

Purchased a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter and her date for her senior prom a week in advance. My daughter was told she could pick it up Friday evening or Saturday morning. So Saturday late morning 11 o'clock we go to pick up and are told that the order is still not ready. This after an 18 mile drive. Was told we were welcome to wait an hour while they finish up all their back orders. My daughter was rudely told that there are seven schools all getting prom this weekend. Maybe you should have stop taking orders if you didn't have the staff. Had our phone number but no courtesy call either. Was not the only customer having problems either when went back to pick it up. Welcome to take this review with a grain of salt but I'm not going back again.

Found this florist online at ten minutes before they closed. The lady taking my order was cordial and helpful. It seemed, however, that she was not actually at the floral shop and kept referring to "them". Explained what I wanted and gave her the address. Upon arrival to my friends office she snapped a picture and sent it this morning. While the flowers I mentioned in my order were in the arrangement I was very disappointed in it. It appeared as if somebody who had no clue about floral arrangements stuck them in the vase. I will not recommend this business to anyone nor would I order from them in the future. Waste of money.

These guys are great and have all the info to make deliveries happen the same day locally or even to Columbia, SC late in the day. Their Website is very helpful to picture what you are sending. It would be easier to think about doing business with Coggins in the future if they decided to actually answer their phone. I called well within business hours on a Friday at about 4:00pm to order flowers for my mother. A female employee answered, and "transferred (me) to another phone at the register". Left me on hold for 10 minutes. No answer. I called back many times for the rest of the day, and no one answered the phone. Shockingly bad way to run a business. Back when I lived in Spartanburg, I used Russ Gaffney. Should have used them this time.

I thought they were over priced. Representation online did not accurately match what was delivered. Arrangement was much smaller than shown online. Ordered medium arrangement and it was small. Disappointed, would not use this florist again. I like to shop locally, but this time it was not very successful.

Flowers were ordered through teleflora with whom I have never had issues in the past. This florist was suppose to deliver on 9/7 and barely got the flowers there on 9/8 after many calls and directions given several times for an address that is not hard to find. The delivery person was abrupt and the flowers were nothing like they were suppose to look like and were disheveled in appearance. I have never ordered flowers in Spartanburg before but I guarantee that I will not use this florist again.

Ordered some flowers online to have delivered. The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because the flowers were delivered on time and to the correct address. Other than that I am severally disappointed. The flowers looked nothing like the picture and frankly were just plain ugly. Looks like they just through some stuff together and sent it out the door.

I sent flowers to my mother for her birthday from FTD. Not even close to what what pictured on the website! My mother actually took the flowers to the florist today, and they were rude to her and made excuses for why they looked so bad. I wish I could post pictures!

Still don’t know whether or not my order was delivered. I was promised delivery times that weren’t met on two occasions. I was also promised a confirmation e-mail when the arrangement was delivered but still have not received that confimation e-mail. I will never use this company again. When you are trying to show an expression of sympathy to a grieving family, one needs to know that they can trust a florist who can get the job done with professionalism... which means an on-time delivery as promised. Not true to their word.

Excellent customer service by Toni. I went in very last minute, borderline frantic, and she was so helpful. I had no idea what I needed, but needed something quickly. She took me out to the freezer and went over every option and possible modification. I'm completely new to the area, so I know I'll definitely use them again. Their prices are also exceptionally reasonable!

Ordered flowers for my mother for Valentine's Day. Mother did not get what I ordered. It looked like one of those $10 bunch of flowers that Wal-Mart had just shoved in a vase. I notified them via email per their quality guarantee guidelines with a picture of what I ordered and what she got. It's been five days and they have yet to respond. This is even with a resend after the fourth day. So much for their quality guarantee. I was totally embarrassed in what my mother received. Very disappointed.

I chose Coggins Flowers & Gifts for my Mom's funeral. Our family used them in April 2013 for our Dad's funeral. The flowers then were beautiful. They were very helpful and patient as we talked through our thoughts on what we wanted. After we selected a casket spray from the book, they picked out just the right combination of flowers. We ordered a casket spray and 2 sprays on a stand. When I arrived for visitation I was in awe. The flower arrangements were gorgeous!! I still can't believe how beautiful the arrangements were. We received many compliments on them. Thank you so much for helping me celebrate and honor my Mom with such beautiful arrangements!!!

1st experience was great. Flowers arrived on time and at the right place. 2nd experience, flowers came in but wrong vase (paid extra too for the nicer vase for valenetines), disregarded as it wasnt a big deal in my opinion 3rd experience, flowers never arrived. Was for a birthday so very disappointed. Glad they gave me a refund though. Unfortunately I dont think there will be anymore experiences for me after this with Coggins. Gave them a few chances. Gave them 3 stars though for first good experience and for refunding flowers that never arrived.
