Kristina at Charleston Florist was amazing. She did my flowers for my wedding and exceed my expectations. I am not the typical bride who knew exactly what flowers I wanted or even what kind I wanted. I was able to hand Kristina a few pictures and she made my vision come true. I liked that Charleston Florist is a family owned business. Kristina was very responsive to all my emails and questions. Pretty sure I changed some things just a couple weeks before the wedding and she made the changes without hesitation. The day of the wedding her staff arrived on time and made my vision come true, from the centerpieces, to my bouquets, to the ceremony arbor. Everything was perfect. Thank you Kristina!

I received flowers very unexpectedly a week and a half ago. I say unexpectedly because most who know me know I had a flower shop for 23 years and don't really mess with them much anymore. These flowers were fresh, designed beautifully, and whoever designed them did it with love. Use this florist! Great job designers!

I needed flowers delivered same day for a very special person on a very special occasion. Chip was very friendly and intentional with providing perfect personal customer service. I felt like we were friends when we hung up the phone. The card said exactly what I wanted it to say even though some of the words I used were slang terms. The flowers were delivered more than on time and were absolutely beautiful! My sister-in-law loved them and they brightened her day!!!!!! Thank you so much! :)

I called from out of town to order a special plant for my daughter-in-law and son for the first day of their official ownership of a day care. Chip couldn't have been more helpful. He didn't have the plant I wanted and he went out of his way to make sure he could get one and and on top of that delivered it the same day. My wife and I were visiting Charleston from Nashville for our anniversary and I ordered flowers through Charleston Florist and had them delivered to our room upon arrival. Kristi showed me very intentional customer service and answered all of my questions gracefully and efficiently. Coordinating all of this from Nashville, I expected it to be somewhat difficult for everything to go as smoothly as it did. The people at this shop took care of my needs, emailed me pictures of the different vases they offer so that I could choose the perfect one AND even took care of calling our hotel and making all of the arrangements without me having to do so. The icing on the cake was walking into our hotel room to a beautiful bouquet of roses and arranged exactly as I had requested. Better than I could have imagined! Thanks, Charleston Florist, for helping start our anniversary trip with something special. I'd recommend you guys again in a heart beet.

My fiancé and I were planning an out-of-town wedding in the Charleston area. I needed just to do a small amount of flowers nothing extravagant. Charleston florists website Had a nice feel to It so I reached out contacted Kristina via FB messenger. She answered me promptly and we set out to create the Perfect arrangements for my special day. Her staff. Greeted me by name and made me feel very welcome When I went to pick up my order. The best part was having never met me nor seeing any pictures of what I wanted she arranged a perfect bouquet! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! The price was right and she was accommodating to changes . My advice to you is if you need flowers in the Charleston area go see Kristina at Charlston florist you won’t be disappointed.

Charleston florist was by far the best of our wedding vendors. Kristina took a few Pintrest floral pictures of out of season flowers and was able to design a number of bouquets and arrangements to match my taste and style with beautiful, available flowers. They were very respectful of my budget and never tried to push for more or sneak in any fees. They were responsive with emails and phone calls. If this was the end of the story, I would still be happy. But then… Hurricane Matthew came along the day of our wedding and we were forced to cancel, reschedule, cancel and reschedule again! We had to move to a new venue, were unsure of addresses, times, layouts, etc until the day of, but Charleston Florist (Kristi specifically) not only worked with us the entire way, but were so understanding and comforting, I felt truly cared about. Furthermore, the vases I purchased had issues with water (don’t buy cheap stuff!) and they went out and found similar vases to mine on the DAY OF. The delivery was still even on time. I don’t know what more I could have asked for. Most of my other vendors gave me a terrible time about rescheduling. Their humane and kind business approach to this was so appreciated by my husband and me that I will find any reason to do business with them again and recommend them to anyone that will listen. Thank you Charleston Florist!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on a friend's birthday and wasn't told until end of day that they weren't going to deliver...disappointing customer service and lack of follow up. Won't be ordering from here again.
