My husband ordered the bright blue skies bouquet from FTD, and what arrived was literally only purple and white. No blue flowers or yellow roses at all, which was the whole point off ordering that specific bouquet. He also paid extra for them to arrive before noon, and I didn't get them until 4pm. Also to be noted, they shoved a white lily in there with a 3 inch stem that was clearly broken. You guys are responsible for an emotional and thoughtful gift, you should take your jobs more seriously.

The florist I have used in the past recently closed, so I went in search of flowers for my wife's birthday as I wanted to surprise her at work. I was fortunate to find Carolyn's Flowers and Gifts through a Google search and went in person to place the order. I was greeted with great courtesy and asked what I wanted to have put together. The staff was warm, focused on my need and completely accommodating. They stopped what they were doing to ensure my flowers were put together perfectly. The results speak for themselves. The value of what they created far outweighed the small amount they asked in return. I delivered the flowers personally to great reviews from my wife and her co-workers. I'm sold on Carolyn's Flowers and Gifts and look forward to the next time I can send flowers. I'll definitely choose this wonderful company.

zero stars! my son ordered flowers delivered for Mother's Day. Delivery was promised on Saturday the 11th. They finally delivered on Wednesday the 15th. AND best of all they left them on my porch since I was at work.

Worst florist ever!!! I am drafting my letter to 1800Flowers corporate office right now because the service was extremely poor. This shop was supposed to deliver two orders of flowers two hours before the wake started ( i.e., 2:00 p.m.) and the flowers did not arrive until five minutes before the wake was over. The wake was from 4-7 p.m. During my conversations with 1800Flowers Customer Service, I was told three different times that the florist told them the flowers will arrive in 15 minutes. They did not arrive at 4:15 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 5:44 p.m. Would you want this florist to handle a major life event such as a wedding or loss of a loved one, as in my case?..Just wanted to tell you my experience and you can decide.

The service was excellent....im not from the area and my fiance had a conference at a local hotel..i called to have gifts delivered being that it was her birthday. They haf great same day delivery and the person who took my order was a great help.....one happy customer here. Give them a try if ever in the area

I ordered flowers for Boss's day. Told them I needed them to be delivered before we closed at 4pm. Flowers were ordered between 9-10am. Did not hear from them saying they couldn't deliver by then. Around 2pm I called to check on delivery time. Had to leave a message for a call back, which was never received. At 330pm, still no delivery. Called again and spoke to a female who said the order should be walking through the door any minute. At 405pm, we locked our doors and left. I sent an email requesting a cancellation of the order because I didn't need them after 4pm. This morning, the day AFTER Bosses Day, someone attempted to deliver the flowers. They were told if they were free, we'd take them. Otherwise take them back. Still NO RESPONSE from the shop manager/owner. I will NEVER order anything from them again. They are not reliable. Also will be disputing the charge they put on my credit card for flowers that never showed when they were supposed to.

The flowers (lilies) were absolutely gorgeous that my husband had sent for my birthday! I received them on July 9th and they are still beautiful (July 19th!). Thank you so much for having such quality flowers. Unfortunately in the past we have been very disappointed with the quality from other florists. We will definitely use you again!

Do not use this florist! My dad sends me flowers every year for Valentine's Day and has every year for 35 years. He lives out of state and used 1-800 flowers. He ordered a bouquet to be delivered 2/13. What was delivered on 2/14 was a single flower! Efforts to contact someone were unsuccessful- phone went straight to voice mail, and voice mails and emails were not returned. Horrible!

Ordered flowers for daughter for Valentine's Day and they were beautiful. The flowers were delivered and what a surprise they also delivered a large box of chocolates with the order. My daughter loved them and thought I placed the order for the chocolate also. I will use them again when needing a good florist in our area. They went out of their way to make this order special.

I ordered flowers from an online company that screwed up the order and tried to deliver the flowers to my house instead of the person I sent them to. Carolyn’s Florists was the local florists that filled the order. The flowers were lovely and the delivery driver was so professional and helpful. Then the office called me and said that they already called the online company to have it corrected, but the online company refused to fix it. He said it was the 2nd mix up of the day by this company! He offered to wire the order to a local florist in Texas, where they were supposed to be delivered, at no charge to me!! I am stunned at the level of customer service they have provided me. I had no idea a local florist could send flowers else where. I will never go anywhere else for my flower needs. I can’t say enough good things. To anyone on the fence, use Carolyn’s Florist! Thank you so much!

I just don’t even know where to begin. This was the WORST service of all time. LONGGG story short, the florist ruined he surprise about the flowers for me, didn’t deliver them and then tried not delivering them again the rescheduled day. I just wish I could explain in detail how horrible this service was.

I went to 8 different florist in town to find a wrist corsage for my son's date to the JROTC military ball... All 8 were closed on a Saturday at noon.. We happened to see the sign on the side of the building for Carolyn's flowers and decided to try one more time... The service was amazing and the corsage was beautiful... Being a floral designer myself, I was very impressed by the abilities of the designer who made the corsage, as it only took her 20 minutes to complete... I will recommend this shop to everyone I know who is in need of flowers... They were very knowledgeable and professional and it showed in the exquisite design and beautiful craftsmanship... My son's date was blown away that we were able to find lavender roses that were so perfectly bloomed and not wilted...

Wow, ruined valentine's/bday for a friend. This is my first time doing a flower delivery thing and was skeptical and they proved me right. I ordered the flowers Wednesday night(02/13/2019) and I got my order confirmation saying the delivery day is thursday(02/14/2019) just in time for valentine's day and her bday. I called in the morning and had to leave a message and I called about 5 more times throughout the day but no answer. I even emailed them and I didnt hear from them all day, no email or phone call back. Terrible service and definitely not reliable. Do not do business with them. I will be waiting for my call back tomorrow for the reason. So this happened the next day.....I called to see what was up and they finally answered. I talked to a lady and she asked for the address and stuff of the recipient. After that someone in the background told her the delivery driver should be 6 min away from delivering it so I was fine and asked if I can get called back when they are delivered and guess what....I never got a call. I called back right before close and it was different ladies and they had no clue about it and just ended up giving me a refund. Do not do business with them, they lie and are definitely not reliable. Thanks a lot.

Worst flowers I have ever received for my anniversary. Why in the world would you spray paint white roses purple? Along with the other flowers in the vase. They were an all white arrangementpainted pink and purple. By the end of the day, they all turned brown and wilted. I TOLD MY BF NEVER AGAIN SHALL HE LET YOU RUIN OUR SPECIAL DAY!!!

WORST FLOWER ARRANGEMENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Ordered flowers thru FTD for my wife for Mothers Day, Carolyns was the vendor. The delivery of the flower arrangement was after 3:00 pm on Sunday May 14 the vase was left on the front porch with NO WATER in 90+ degree heat / sun. By Monday evening the majority of the arrangement was wilting and falling over, my wife e-mailed and sent pictures to Carolyn's Tuesday afternoon. I waited until Wednesday to call FTD customer service, Wednesday evening I also sent a e-mail to Carolyn's. No response by Thursday. I gave Carolyn's the opportunity to correct the issue but with zero customer service from them I give you this review. There are plenty of Florist that want and appreciate your business Carolyn's is not one of them. People in the the service industry have to understand that people have a choice of who they would prefer to do business with.

My husband wanted to surprise me with flowers for my anniversary delivered to my job; however, the florist called to see if I was still at work. Needless, to say this ruined the surprise. The flowers did not come with balloons or the amount of flowers ordered. Additionally, the delivery was late, despite an extra fee for expedited service. He gave the company a second chance to correct the order. The flowers were supposed to come as promised and before I got off from work. The florist called me one minute before I was to leave work asking me to stay late to get the flowers or to stop by and pick them up.
