It's been almost a year and i meant to send this review long time ago I wish I could remember the details more. .My sister needed an arrangement for a memorial and we suggested Bumbyee because I knew she liked to support local businesses and delivery would be easier.Even though it was a Saturday afternoon and she needed it for a Sunday she still arranged and delivered a beautiful bouquet . It may have even been the same day that we called -on a Sunday or Saturday hoping she's be there .I just remember it was above and beyond the call of duty ! We were very impressed with her kindness and her willingness to help us in such short notice .thank you, Bumbleyee!

Wouldnt let me post with no stars, but that's what I gave it. I called and spoke to someone at length on Monday about delivering a flower arrangement to my daughter for her birthday on a Friday and they lost the order! I was so disappointed, I called on Monday morning to place the order so there was plenty of time to get the flowers.When I called at 5 pm Friday , they had no record of the order and didn't seem very concerned at all about the mistake.The person I spoke to said she could get one together and run it to my daughters house, but I didn't want something slapped up at the last minute when I had planned ahead so it would be special. Very unhappy and will not use their shop again .
