The Blossom Shop went the second and third mile for me to enjoy beautiful birthday flowers from my sister in Florida. It was difficult for me to call about a delivery problem - I hate complainers, and surely don't want to be one - but they were so pleasant and eager to get it right for me. Thank you, Blossom Shop!! Tried to order flowers from their website for Valentine's day. I had a nice arrangement picked out, was placing the order, but no delivery on the 14th remained. This is ok, I understand with the volume it is not possible. I called the shop and spoke with an employee to see if they could squeeze me in. During the call, I found out that they in no way can guarantee which arrangement they will send. They do not mention this on their website. They are quick to take your money and send something completely different than what you order. I will be ordering elsewhere. Beware.

Last night 6/13/19 I placed an order for flowers, box of chocolate and a balloon, at noon the following day 6/14/19 they had not been delivered, when I called to check on them the manager told me they had the order but the delivery guy was out. I asked him since the order was placed the night before I was expecting them to be delivered around 12 pm on 6/14/19 since the order was placed on 6/13/19. The manager also stated i would need to call my orders in because they didn't know how the website is ran or setup, so since my order was not specified on either PM or AM what an excuse. The manager got perturb when I started asking questions about why their online website doesn't have options on what time of day you want the order delivered. I received my flowers around 2-2:30 pm on 6/14/19 none of what I asked for was with my order, only thing i received was the flowers. I called them back to let them know that my order was missing items, I called and spoke with a lady who was very pleasant however, I was then given to Corky whom I spoke with on my first call. I told him that my box of chocolates and balloon was not included with my order, his response was "My Bad" he was well aware they had a made and mistake but never went the extra step to correct my order, he offered to credit my account but never offer to make the order right or even bothered. I will not use the location again nor will I refer anyone here, if the customer service is this bad why would I take the extra step in telling someone to get flowers from this location.

I ordered flowers for a grand opening for one of our offices and Corky called me to tell me that what I ordered was not available. After taking the time to understand what I was looking for, Corky told me that he'd make something even better and grander - and he did! The flower arrangement turned out BEAUTIFUL! I cannot say enough about how much I love the Blossom Shop. I have ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter on several occasions and they are always beautiful and delivered at the time expected.Today, it was very important to me that my daughter was able to receive an arrangement before she left for class.The gentleman on the phone, I wish I had asked his name, was just awesome and empathetic about the situation. The flowers were delivered within 2 hours and called her to let he know they were in the lobby of her apartment building. So thankful!

They delivered the most beautiful arrangement to me and it lasted for 3 weeks! I changed the water often, cut the stems, and discarded spent flowers, but it was over a week before any of them died! Very pleased and will most definitely use them for my flower needs.

Please own up to your mistakes and fix them. i ordered a 150$ of flowers and they misspelled "xeroxing" for "zeroing" . This is a professional establishment right ? also dont hang up in a Airmen's face for simply expressing my concerns. you could have simply printed a new card and delivered it! Wish I had read some of these before I used them. Disappointed with the quality of the arrangement (ordered one pictured with lots of roses and hydrangeas. Specifically called to make sure that the arrangement was to look like the picture and contain quality flowers, not fillers. Arrangement was to be delivered on Thursday, but did not actually get delivered until Saturday, although the company did NOT notify me of the more than 2-day delay or inquire if that was acceptable to me. Flowers sent looked like something I could purchase at my local grocery, except not that nice, even. Lots of cheap filler, not one single hydrangeas; ugly dark purple roses (I specifically said NO purple roses when I called to order). The manager was offensive and argumentative. He did not apologize for lateness or lack or quality. Here are the pictures of the flowers ordered (the lovely pink and white arrangement -- the exact same "level" I paid for, not an upgraded picture) and the ones that were sent, about 1/2 half the size, no flowers other than roses and those heinous purple flowers....all delivered late. You be the judge if that is 100% guaranteed satisfaction. If I had known that the delivery was not going to be made until Saturday late afternoon, rather than Thursday, as promised in the delivery order, I would have order a "mail order" boxed flower instead. Find some other place to buy your flowers if you are ordering from out of town... Lesson learned for me. I'm glad this is not my local florist. I'm embarrassed that this is the gift that was sent....very tacky.

Not as pictured. I ordered a bouquet styled as a birthday cake online. The image with the pink flowers is what they showed on their website. The other image is what my recipient got. (Nailed it!) I understand that when you purchase flowers online that there might be some differences between the pictured and actual bouquets, but this is misleading and not at all in line with what I spent. Find another florist.

My husband and I ordered the "How Sweet It Is" Bouquet for our daughter for Valentine's Day. The image as shown is a $70 arrangement. I bumped up the Deluxe Arrangement because I wanted it a bit fuller for $80. The image attached is what she received. Not even close to the fullness of the arrangement shown and definitely NOT A DELUXE!!! Extremely disappointed. Normally we order from one of the big box florist online and we decided to patronize a local florist. Epic fail!!!! I could have stopped at a local grocery store and picked up a better bouquet than this. Shame on you Blossom Shop!!!

Worst looking arrangement I have ever seen and definitely NOT what we discussed in person or what I was promised!! When I called the shop to complain, I was given a defensive and very snobby attitude by the store manager, Corky. I was told to go shop in another lesser florist that was more my taste such as Storey's in Lexington!! What an uppity little snob!! No partial refund was offered for this UGLY arrangement, but I could come pick up 3 white roses if I wanted to. I will NEVER give them my business again!! They make over-priced arrangements and offer them with a side of arrogance!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! You can get prettier, CLASSIER, arrangements from a grocery store!! PRETENTIOUS THIEVES!!

I stopped in here to pick out some flowers for a random surprise. Ive passed by before and I know they have a decent selection especially if you are looking for something out of the ordinary roses and carnations. I know they have usually carried birds of paradise and orchids. I browse around and someone comes out from the back and asks if they can help me. I tell them I'm just looking for now. I see some nice flowers. I see some nice vases. Its a flower shop. Figured I could pick something out and buy it right? Wrong. No one had come out front for a while so I stuck my head around the corner and some tween girl was sitting behind a computer. I asked if she could help me out. She said there should be someone up front and when she saw that there wasn't she either sighed in annoyance or snarled at me. She asks if im placing an order or picking up an order. I ask her if i can just pick put a few things. So she asks me again if im placing an order or picking up an order. So I said I'll place an order. I figgured what the hell, i came to pick up some flowers but might as well just have them delivered for Valentines day. She started taking my name and address. Apparently I was taking too long to long to look up my wife's work address because she let out another snarl or growl or sigh of frustration. Then she asked me what i wanted and what my price point was. I hadnt really come in planning to place an order but whatever, its Valentines Day. The sky's the limit. I said well what do you have? Can I just pick something out from the fridge or do you have pictures I can choose from or what? She just asks me "what's your price point?". Then she snarled at me. This time foaming at the mouth. Or maybe it was was just another annoyed sigh. I couldn't take it anymore. I told her I'll just get some flowers somewhere else. We'll just settle for Trader Joe's flowers this year. Then when i walked out the door I am pretty sure she shape shifted into a direwolf or something and snarled again. Either that or she grumpily crumpled up the piece of paper with my order info and gave another one of those aggrevated sighs. But im pretty sure it was a direwolf. This was the second worst floral experience ever. The worst was when i was 7 and saw a bee on a dandelion and it stung me on the thumb. Seriously though. She was pretty rude. Which I would have dealt with but she made it too difficult to order flowers. I give them two stars instead of one because they still seemed to have a nice selection. Grrrr. Direwolf.

Excellent service. I called on a Friday, approximately 2 hrs before closing, to place an order for a corsage. My order was ready & waiting when I went to pick it up Saturday morning. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. I also spoke with a female over the phone on Friday and she was as nice as could be. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

As a company, we purchased flowers for our owner for Boss' Day. We ordered a "premium" bouquet. The website stated specific dimensions 15in by 18in. We selected this one based on the colors and size. We even called after placing the order to verify that the order was received and that they were able to make the arrangement with no substitutions. We were told that everything would be good. It delivered today and it is CLEARLY not the size we ordered. We called the shop and had the pleasure of speaking with a very rude manager, Corky. He was not helpful at all and did not want to address our concerns. We will not be ordering any more flowers from this business. A little customer service goes a long way.

Currently deployed overseas so I figured I'd order some flowers for my girl. After ordering a $120 bouquet for my girlfriend she received nothing resembling the pictures posted online. I wouldn't recommend this florist to any one in the local area.

This company has very very very bad business practice. I know of a wedding planner who was working with them to do a wedding that is three weeks away. They talked as if they were going to do it . They planned site visits never showed up and then decided they just were not going to do it .Had all the excuses in the world. Said she never even booked the day and no contract was made and they were booked for that day.Really???!!!???!!! When they realized the wedding wasn't for the wedding planner who happens to be African American woman but for a high profile client all of a sudden their books were free for that day and apologies were made. Welp I believe you are a little too late Blossom Shop. Learn to treat all customers the same and just as important s the next you don't know how turning away one customer can ruin all future potential clients. I live out of state and was needing to send flowers to a funeral service for a relative. It was hard shopping since we aren't in the area to look through arrangements. I spoke to two people. One woman and one man. They made the selection very easy and made the delivery on time to the funeral home. We appreciate their kind service in a time of need. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST PLEASE READ!!!! I live out of town and wanted to send my Aunt a huge and beautiful arrangement of plants with lot of greenery plants to create a memory garden in memory of my Grandmother. I spent 98.98 for pink hydrangea and some other plant there was no greenery and it looked like I bought it at the general dollar store Even the basket was cheap looking. Would never recommend this florist and would never use them again. Sad due to it ruined a special idea for my Aunt and I felt so disappointed after trying to plan something very special and memorial. This could be a great opportunity for this florist. Dick-Dyer sends a lot of gifts though out the year from florist. Please if you want to send the very best DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

Prom always comes so fast and with all the little details we forgot flowers, but the Blossom Shop popped up in my search and best thing they had a much greater selection than FTD or 1-800flowers better yet their local!!! Put my order in for next day delivery and got a call when a small change was needed from the sweetest lady promising she’d fix everything and when the flowers arrived they were perfect. Terrible! Avoid like the plague, there must be a good florist in Columbia somewhere, but this isn't it! They essentially scammed all of their customers on Valentines day. I purchased an arrangement for my wife, with a box of chocolates. I purchased the most expensive one on their website; this is my wife and I's first Valentines day being married, so I wanted to impress her. The arrangement, delivery, and candy totaled a little over $300. I purchased an arrangement last year FROM ANOTHER FLORIST for her while we were courting, it was about half the price and it was great. Huge, beautiful, and remarkable. So you can imagine my expectation that for nearly twice the money, I was expecting something that would really WOW my wife this time. What she received was essentially just 18 roses, with nothing else. No other embellishments, or complimentary flowers. It looked pitiful. And it was in a PLASTIC CONTAINER, not even a vase!! The chocolate was generic and was of a brand that is sold at Walmart for a few dollars, I paid them over $20 for those. What a scam! $300 for a few roses, and a box of generic crap candy. What an embarrassing excuse for a florist. I cannot understand for the life of me why on earth they would short a customer willing to spend over $300 on flowers, don't they think they would lose valuable future business?? Dumb, dumb, dumb! Avoid this place, what a rip off!!

This florist shop was great! The establishment is very beautifully designed and the aroma was delightful. Customer service was on point. They were closing early for a meeting but still meet my needs. The arrangement wasn't exactly as the picture but was still just as beautiful. I highly recommend them for your floral needs!
