Balloons were ordered and the card was wrong. When calling this business, they said they would be open until 5:00 pm. Upon showing up at the door to the business at 4:24 pm, it is discovered that they decided to close early. They will not return emails or phone calls. Half of my balloons had lost the helium in them within 2-3 hours. What a complete rip off for $40.00. Do not waste your time or money!

The arrangements are beautifully hand crafted in a designer cube vase, and the driver who delivered it was nicely groomed with a warm and gentle smile. I felt so happy and loved at the same time. This place rocked it!!!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers well in advance. Flowers were delivered to wrong address. Called the shop to clear up the problem and they couldn’t even take ownership for their mistake. Poor attention to detail and poor customer service.

How disappointing. My boyfriend sent flowers to my work today and when he asked me at around 1 (he payed extra for a specific time range) “happy valentines I hope you like your flowers!” To which I replayed what flowers. From then on the surprise was ruined. But we’re still okay as it’s the gesture that counts! I leave at around 520 and told him I was heading home and they still hadn’t come! He called again and got no explanation. No apologies. I work at a club in the area and they missed an opportunity to showcase their service and have word of mouth recommendation.

I ordered these from England for my boyfriend who is currently in America. They seemed expensive compared with florists in England, but based on my online look for florists in the area, the pricing seems to be competitive. Communication by email is sometimes a little slow but if you call by phone, service is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The flowers were hand delivered, they checked when my boyfriend would be in right before delivering and they were beautiful, fresh and well-presented. Thank you!

Received flowers as a birthday gift. Outsourced from 1800-flowers (not pleased with that company). Once the flowers finally arrived they were absolutely beautiful. Learned our lesson though and will go straight through the local florist next time. Would definitely recommend their arrangements.

Wouldn't recommend. We scheduled an appointment to meet with the florist to discuss possibly doing flowers for my wedding. When my maid of honor called the morning of, just to confirm the time of the appointment, the girl on the phone said "oh you have an appointment with (can't remember her name)? Let me stop her right now she's just about to walk out the door for a delivery but if you are coming I will tell her to wait." Ummm.... isn't that why we set an appointment? So, we were already off to a bad start. Why would she be leaving at my appointment time to go on a delivery? We met the lady, it was myself, my maid of honor, and my soon to be mother in law. We discussed what I would like and although the florist and her assistant were very nice, they had no samples or seemed to have any knowledge of what kind of flowers to use besides roses. She showed us pictures from one wedding she had done before but that was it. No photos or samples of any flowers. When asking prices on certain flowers or arrangements, she kept looking at her assistant asking the price. Her assistant said one price & then she would jack it up 3 times the amount, right in front of us! She also kept saying things like "IF we can work with you." And "IF we have availability for your day."... why wouldn't she make sure of that before even wasting our time to meet with us? She made us feel unwelcomed by this. When we asked about plain white rose petals for my flower girl, she said it would be $60!!! After her assistant originally said $15. She tried to justify by saying it was "a lot of hand work". $60 to pull 3 white roses apart???? No thanks, I'll do that part myself. When we finally were ready to leave, she stated she would call within a week with a quote and also send an email. It has been 4 months and we still haven't heard back. My complaint is just that they had poor presentation, inconsistent pricing, not very professional. Will not be doing business with them or recommending them to anyone.
