Thanks once again for the beautiful shadow box you made with the flowers of a dear friend we lost. I'm still enjoying the one you made from my daddy's service in Nov of 2000. It still looks as good now as it did the day I picked it up . You do awesome work preserving flowers and preserving our memories of our loved ones. Keep up the good work and I will always recommend your services .

I got flowers from my mother's service preserved after she passed away, was told the process would take at least 6 weeks. Two weeks later they called saying the flowers are ready. That was two weeks ago & a fungus grew on the flowers & the seal was loose. My father was too angry to go in there (and I live out of town), so my cousin went in & showed them to the owner, who did give about a 2/3 refund of what we paid & admitted it was the worst work she'd seen. I am so disappointed & frustrated because I feel they rushed the process & did not treat the flowers with the care & respect they deserved.

Had some flowers preserved from a funeral they looked awful and they didn't even put the correct flowers together definitely will not be going anymore businesse with this florist.

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me! My husband bought flowers from Apple Blossom Florist about a year ago. We were very unhappy that they died within a few days. My husband let that one slide and went back to Apple Blossom for Valentines Day this year. He asked if they had any kind of guarantee (like the one week guarantee at Ingles) and they said no because "we don't know what kind of flowers we get from our supplier" Well, isn't that what their job is to be sure they do get fresh flowers??? Anyway, he spent $53. for 6 roses and some cornflowers in a crappy PLASTIC vase which was top heavy even with water in it. By the following Monday (5 days after Valentines), the white roses were totally brown. Next year we'll be at Ingles or Publix!

Flowers were not delivered to the correct location on campus. When we called the next day to ask where they were,they insisted flowers were delivered and hung up the phone! We are from out of town and are still trying to find out where the flower are!!

I live in MD, but my hometown is Anderson. I called today since I'm going to be in town this weekend and wanted to ensure I would be able to get some flowers to place on my mother's grave Sunday. The young lady I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. I was able to purchase what I needed and arrange for a family member to pick them up for me. Great customer service!!! Thank you so much.

I was extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement that was delivered for the services of my best friend's' mother. After checking the beautiful picture on the web, I called and purchased it by phone. The family did not have a public viewing, so I didn't get to see the flowers until I entered the church. It was not the professional arrangement I ordered for almost $70.00.

We had a memorial for my father-in-law and the three arrangements there all came from Apple Blossom florist. They were tastefully done, reasonably priced and arrived on time. Good job!
