This was one of the worst florist I've been to! I ordered two arrangements from their website and they were so thrown together the most expensive arrangement was the 18 roses I ordered. They were tacky and crammed together in a small vase it probably took them two minutes to put together they sure didn't take any pains with it. And the most important thing was it looked nothing like what I ordered from the picture. I definitely won't get anything from their again ever!!! Such a disappointment!

They were very helpful in selecting the flowers and casket spray I chose for my husband's funeral. It was a beautiful red rose arrangement. I was comforted by my choice to shop at Allie's.

I always order with Allies Florist every holiday when sending flowers to my family back home. The customer service is great and the staff always remembers me! My loved ones always love how beautiful the arrangements are and appreciate the fact that the staff calls before attempting delivery so that they would be home to receive their flowers. In regards to the negative reviews, I don't know know why someone would wait until Valentine's Day morning to order an arrangement and expect it to be delivered that same day; and when ordering online(and this is with all florists) the system automatically fills in a second choice of "a similar arrangement" if your first choice is not available. Thus It is your responsibility to review your entire order before submitting it. The customer service is so great though, that if you had any issues with your order just call them and they would resolve any and all issues quickly.

We ordered flowers for a memorials service in Scranton SC. Allies delivered on time and exactly what we ordered. The urn arrangement and standing arrangement were both very beautiful and just as pictured on the teleflora website. I ordered directly through Allies to support them as a local business. Larry did a wonderful job on the flowers!!!!!!

Called and asked if they did balloons, was told yes. Had special ordered balloons for my dying fathers birthday. Got there and was told they wouldn’t blow them because I didn’t buy them there. Even offered to buy more and was still told no. Not even an I’m sorry

I placed my order on-line for a delivery in Florence, SC. It was a Teleflorist special & I asked for them to send me a picture of the arrangement so that I knew it matched what I paid for. I do this all the time & have never had an issue. I heard nothing - received nothing so I called to confirm the flowers were sent. They were sent but the msg requesting the picture did not get to the person making the flowers. Grrr. So I have no idea if the $65 arrangement matches what I requested. No apology from Allie's. I will use other florists in the future.

On the day of my mother's viewing, another florist suggested that I cancel my order because they couldn't understand my request at 4:45 pm. At 4:50 pm Allen's Florists and Gifts took my order and delivered exactly what I wanted the next morning before the funeral. They are professional and accommodating. I will be a return customer.

Well, the fact that I ordered 2 dozen purple and pick tulips, in a silver vase (which I paid extra for) a $99 arrangement of flowers for a VERY SPECIAL PERSON, and a delivery was made of 12 Orange/Yellow tulips in a clear vase.
