Placed an online order for flowers to be delivered to a new business on a Tuesday. We heard they were never delivered the entire day. Took me three phone calls to the florist and half of Wednesday to finally speak to the manager, stating the fax machine has been down. I understand equipment not working but am disappointed they would only offer a partial refund for an order that was guaranteed a certain day delivery. I love to support local shops but do not think I can come back here again.

My sister teaches in Columbia, and I'm 2.5 hours away. I had forgotten to order the day before my sister's birthday to be delivered to her school. When I called, they said the flowers would be there asap...they arrived just over an hour after I called! My sister loved the beautiful flowers! Awesome service & product!

Bought an arrangement basket with various plants and they were so healthy and gorgeous! Told them it was for my moms bday so they made it extra special by adding butterflies and dragonflies. So happy with it. Will be going back for my next bday present!

My daughter got married on March 21, 2019. I live in NJ and I was helping my daughter plan her wedding. Not knowing which forest great! I picked "A Florist & More at Forget Me Not Florist" because this one was the closet near her home. Well, I am so HAPPY I chose them!!! I spoke to a gentleman on the phone named Josh. We talked for a couple of days about what my daughter wanted for her wedding. I finally texted him the flower arrangements. The way he explained how he would make the arrangements caused me to trust him. When I tell you he came thru, He came thru big time!! He delivered the flowers and placed the centerpiece on each table and it looked so beautiful. Everyone said the flowers were simple but elegant. They could not stop talking about how beautiful her bouquet looked. I am so happy that I trusted him and trusted that he knew his stuff. I can't stop looking at her bouquet. The bouquet looked better than the picture I sent him! Thank you, Josh, for coming Thru for us! The Hailey and Brown Family P.S. You are our florist forever! --

Had a family member in a local hospital on Sunday - - - this was the ONLY Columbia SC florist open! The flowers were delivered quickly, but the family were unexpectedly discharged early... flowers taken back to the shop. Next morning, the flowers were picked up and they were beautiful! Very emotional days, made a bit better by the staff. Thank you for great service!

I going to add or detract stars based on this Years Valentine Day experience and, I am going to give them a week notice beforehand because they’re pretty good people who live in Columbia SC there are maybe 32 including myself yet I don’t actually live in the COLUMBIA proper area and then not by any means from a state that would carry the political process of voting to achieve a untenable state of existence where a certain faction must think it great because they vote the same inbred imbeciles back in office every election! Oh yeah that’s right they’re the best florists in a 200 miles radius but I suggest that YOU go to bi-lo and then thank you for your support

My wife received flowers from her job while out sick and they were horrible! My wife stated that this is the same place that delivered flowers to her job for a new employee and her flowers were horrible as well. They flowers look dead and wilted on arrival. The flowers look as if she's had them a few weeks. I will not and I repeat will not be using this florist for anything. My recommendation is for you to go out of business before you get sued!

Ordered a basket of virbrant flowers for a funeral. The arrangement looked like a new apprenticed had arranged the flowers. The bow was burnt orange but no orange flowers in the arrangement. The arrangement looked disorderly with a random flower towering over the others. For the price, I expected something more coordinated in color and eye appealing. Now I understand why my request for a photo was denied. They did deliver on time, therefore I give them 2 stars.

I ordered flowers today through Teleflora (which was not cheap), to have sent to my daughter at UofSC, to brighten her day. The delivery was quick (within a few hours) which I am impressed with, but I could not give five stars because I was really disappointed in the wilted flowers. To leave a review I had to leave a star, otherwise I wouldn’t have left even one! My conversation ordering flowers was good and the lady was very helpful and seemed to know what I was looking for in an arrangement. The next day (delivery day) they took the flowers 2 hours early, delivered to a person that the flowers was not addressed to just so they could drop them off early because they had other flowers to deliver. When I asked why I wasn’t told the time I asked for was taken I got no response. By the time the person the flowers were for got to the event some had started to wilt and they were very PLAIN! Not what I asked for at all! I would never recommend this florist and will make sure to tell everyone my experience with them!
