OMG, I can't say enough about this florist! After a different florist botched my order for a friend's funeral, Robin's Corner Flower Shop saved the day. I ordered by phone from Tampa. She took so much time with me to customize an absolutely stunning multi-plant and floral arrangement for my friend. Robin personally took the time to go through plant and floral options for the arrangement and even waited as I Googled images of the plants to get a better visual of what she had in mind. My friend was thrilled with the delivery. It was the most spectacular arrangment that he has ever seen. Thank you SO much Robin! You exceeded my every expectation!

NO STARS! This florist is RIDICULOUS! Had an order going to a client of mine and chose them. The owners son "delivered" the items. First of they lied to me and said he talked to a door man. Uh it was going to a HOUSE not an apartment building. Said it was delivered. My client saw the young man walk up to the house with the items I ordered and turned around and walked back to the truck with the items in hand. The owner said "well, it was a mistake and the 3 looked like a 5". I don't do business this way and she offered everything but an apology for their mistake. NEVER USE THEM. She got super rude with me when I asked when the new arrangement was going to be delivered as it was HER mistake. Thanks...

I was heading to a wedding in Bristol RI on a Sunday, when it was discovered that the mothers corsages were M.I.A. They were the only shop open and willing to help us. Based on a photo and what we could describe and the little stock she had remaining from the previous week, She was able to bang out two beautiful corsages that mothers loved in under an hour. Even with zero notice and a time crunch she was cool calm and professional and you couldn't beat the price.Thank you for saving the wedding!!

They are very unprofessional, I ordered a flower on their website, that costs over 60$ to be delivered at at my wife's work and paid extra for a delux, they sent a regular flower not even fresh, totally different from the one on the website, the vase was different and it didn't have a bow, and also I requested a little note, it was handwritten, my wife couldn't even understand what was written on, and when I called the company that I ordered the flowers through to let them know what happened, they lied saying that everything was as described on website, will never buy from them anymore.

I ordered through fromyouflowers which used Robin's for the actual delivery of sympathy flowers to be delivered on Saturday. Luckily it was sent to me by mistake. It wasn't even what I ordered and looked horrible. I called and they said they would redeliver the correct order by Monday. I call on Wednesday and they still hadn't been delivered. I was told they were very busy which is no excuse. Very unhappy with service from both places.

My husband ordered flowers and gets it delivered to me at work. They did an horrible job. The message my husband sent to go with it was hand written I couldn't understand a word. The roses and lillies are not fresh at all.and the vase that he ordered was not the one he wanted. Very disappointed today.
