As I think about Small Business Saturday, Ray's Flower Shop is a great source for beautiful arrangements for special occasions. I ordered flowers for a Rehearsal Dinner at the Boathouse. As the mother of the groom who lived long distance, I called Terry and she did an outstanding job of designing awesome table centerpieces. She took the time to call me early that week and text me some photos. We discussed what I liked and when I saw them that night on the tables, I was delighted. Best of all, Terry dropped by so I could meet her. Thank you soooo much!

I've received many (10 +) arrangements from Ray's and the quality is above average. They are extremely fresh and the arrangements themselves are unique with a bit of eclectic flair. The last arrangement I received was not good quality and looks pretty run-of-the-mill. I called the store informed them of the poor quality of this arrangement and she was extremely kind and had a new arrangement sent out to me. Problems can occur within any business but it's how the business handles it, is what really counts. Ray's did a fantastic job and will continue to sing their praise.

Woman employee manager was rude snd extremely unpleasant to deal with only cared about what she wanted and what she thought would be a nicer arrangement of flowers. Because it was more $$. Will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. Even if they are the last flower shop in new England!!

I was very disappointed in the arrangement. I called before they worked on it and they said they would make it really full that they didn't have all the flowers available like the picture. If that was considered full thats pitiful. It was suppose to be an Autumn display but it was really dark not autumny. Will not be using them again. If for the price you pay for stuff...sad just sad. Update* I went to visit the baby at home and the smell coming from the flower vase was beyond horrible. It smelled like swamp!!! And after only 2 days....damn

I placed a 75 dollar flower arrangement with a 15 dollar delivery fee. They didn’t deliver on the day it was to be delivered, they tell me it will be delivered next day first thing. I call and a rude lady tells me they are on a truck ....it’s 2:00 and they are still not delivered!!!! I tell her I want my delivery charge refunded and tells me she don’t think that’s possible. Never again! Poor customer service!

I have been doing business with Ray's for years and I have never been disappointed. This time around Theresa outdid herself. The bouquet we presented to our CEO this morning was beautiful thanks to Ray's Flower Shop. The flowers were fresh and each stem had a water tube and the presentation of the bouquet was perfect; simply elegant. Thank you, Theresa and Ray's staff for the great work you do.

I live in Montreal, Canada and I wanted to surprise my grand-mother for her 80th birthday by sending her a lovely bouquet of flowers. When my grand-mother received her flowers, she was surprised and ecstatic. She said the bouquet was beautiful.The only thing that went wrong is the delivery date. I order the flowers on Monday, January 21st for delivery for the next Monday, January 28th (which is her birthday). It was specified when I ordered the flowers but in the end, my grand-mother was really happy. Thank you for making my vovo a happy lady.

Visit Rays Flower Shop One of the best florist in all of New England. Terry Cabral designed the flowers for my wedding at Belcourt Castle in Newport RI and did an outstanding job. People still are talking about our gorgeous flowers!

Totally disappointed. I called to have a an arrangement sent for a close friend’s father’s wake. We come from Rhode Island. After speaking to an employee and explained that I wanted a plant and flower arrangement. What I saw when I arrived was a peace lily with 2 mums. I was so embarrassed. I was thankful that it was placed on the floor and covered by other beautiful arrangements. I feel we were taken advantage of because we were not from Fall River. Maybe they thought we were not going so we would not see it.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Placed an order online and received a phone call the next day saying they couldn't honor the price for the arrangement I selected. Was informed it would be an additional $10. I agreed to this, then the flowers were delivered on the wrong day and looked nothing like the arrangement I paid for.
