If it was humanly possible to give this merchant 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! I have been to this shop AT LEAST 6x in the last 4 months with nothing short of spectacular results! From plants, to flowers, to arrangements on short notice, this team has a great sense of urgency, exhibits professionalism, and the value for what you receive, is not to be believed! I actually find myself looking for reasons to frequent this place. They are always friendly and kind and make me feel as though my business is genuinely appreciated.

You get what you pay for. And what I mean by that is should you want high quality flowers tastefully arranged, Providence Florist will give it to you. It's a little pricey but bad. Everyone there is kind and patient. It's worth the time and money!

I've had mostly great experiences with florists in cities in many states of the years--mostly cordial, cooperative, and professional. Based on my first-time experience by phone, in an attempt to place an order, I have to say that this is a florist with no idea how to deal with customers. The individual with whom I spoke, a woman whose name I did not catch, was overtly surly from the very outset and just seemed not to want to be bothered. She gave every indication of having better things to do. Her demeanor seemed almost calculated to alienate if not antagonize. Never again.

The flower arrangements for our wedding came out absolutely beautiful! If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service from a woman that works there. I went in to buy flowers for my sisters birthday and told them what I wanted. They brought out the arrangement and it was not what I asked for. I asked for a big arrangement and I got something that was barely anything. The flowers looked like they were already dying and I was being charged almost $100. I was told that I could leave if I did not like it instead of offering to change it.

And on top of that, the staff senses when you want to browse, and knows when to step in and help you with your needs. looking to replace the plants in my office, started by ordering 3. I was told they would need to go pick up the plants and gave me an estimate of when they would be available. When i called to follow up i was told in a rude manner that the plants were not available yet, and because i didn't pay for them in advance they didn't have an obligation to have them ready for me by a specific day. Mind you i offered to pay for the plants when i fist ordered them. will not be going back for the rest of the plants that i need replaced.!!!!

Pamela goes above and beyond. I started using Blooming Blossoms years ago when she was located on Thayre Street. Even then when I had less money for flowers Pam always worked to recommend affordable arrangements for the people in my life. She provided the flowers for our wedding on a budget that most florists were not willing to accommodate. the delivery and setup was right on time and the arrangements were commented on by all. After that she earned a customer for life. Her shop always has just he perfect items and the flowers delivered are on time and as ordered. Hands down... the best florist in Providence. Great Customer Experience! I had flowers delivered to my gram at the hospital and they somehow disappeared. Blooming Blossoms had proof they were delivered but in order to help, they are delivering new flowers to my gram tomorrow. I would absolutely use them again!!

Pam did an amazing job with our November wedding florals. We had a smaller budget and she was able to work with us so easily. I never felt pressured to spend more. I showed her my inspiration on Pinterest and what she came up with was absolutely stunning. If I need florals for any event in the future, I will not shop anywhere else. Day of delivery was on time, and I got tons of compliments from guests and bridesmaids. Our out of town guests even transported the centerpieces home with them.

Pam and her crew are the absolute best when it comes to floral needs in Providence and Rhode Island. Their expertise at plant care can really transform your plant shopping and car. Pam and her extremely acute attention to detail ensures that nothing in your wedding or floral needs will be left out. The quality of the flowers here is simply unmatched in the state. I have seen weddings in the middle of July in Newport have garden roses without a single wilted petal. Also, their prices cannot be beat. If you are looking for serious, great quality flowers for an affordable price, you have to go to blooming blossoms. Affordable does not mean skimping on design or quality when you go to Blooming Blossoms. Blooming Blossoms is a fixture in the Providence business community and you would not be doing yourself a favor if you did not consult with Blooming Blossoms for your floral needs.

I received a vase of yellow roses from my friend to whom paid over one hundred dollars for a dozen. They came dead on arrival and no card, no bow as my friend specified calling from another State. I called them the next day and they had me send pics. I did, the owner well I finally got ahold of her two days later as I tried calling back as told to do. She denied they were dead. She said they are a new type of rose. They were all wide open and they were completed dead four days later. $120 and that's it. My friend who sent them to me was mortified the first day she saw them. The owner said she would send another Bunch of roses out next week when the driver was in my area" so I just got the new vase of roses today, eight days later and yes there not dead, there still closed and another type of yellow rose, but may I say everything looks like they were just shoved in the Vase', no card no bow no extras. I feel for my friend sending these to me from out of State. To top it off" the driver who deliver them I'm sure was asked to do this, asked for the other plain glass vase the original roses came in last week. That says it all. Please save your money if your thinking about buying flowers at this place. The worst ever in florist I've experienced in my lifetime.
