Very personalized service. My mother is at Life Care Center and she was 92 today. Even though I was late in my call the woman went back to the shop to put an order in. I got a call from my brother that they got there and it made my day knowing she knows I remembered her as I am out of state. It was really nice talking with a person to handle it and they did a spectacular job
