I had an error on my on-line order that included a wrong delivery date. Cheryl at PETALS FLORIST & GIFT SHOP was able to fix my order and get the flowers delivered same day. She really went above and beyond to help. The flowers were also beautiful when they arrived.

Cheryl did the flowers for my wedding, and they were phenomenal. Every single person commented on how gorgeous the flowers were. We used their handmade wooden wedding arbor, which they decorated with sheer fabric and flowers. It was stunning. Cheryl is incredibly nice and easy to work with. Would 110% recommend to anyone planning a wedding or an event. Will be using petals for all our floral needs in the future. Thanks so much for helping make our big day so wonderful!

So I happened into Petals in Warwick on accident... I was having a lunch date with one of my bridesmaids at the Warwick mall and she suggested we just pop by a nearby florist to get some ideas because I had some very unique requests and had other “florists” tell me my vision for my bouquet was unable to be fulfilled, until I met Cheryl. I typed in “florists near me” while standing in the mall and Petals came up and off we went. Not only was Cheryl an absolute delight and her gift shop is nothing short of adorable and downright awesome, chock full of hand-crafted artists from RI including some of dearest extended family members (Linda Powers). For brides and grooms looking for an affordable, fun, easy and super helpful experience, go see Cheryl and John!!! They are amazing!!! These are big hearted wonderful small business owners that have created a wonderful store and have such an amazing eye for arranging and find the most amazing, bright and vibrant flowers that I could have ever imagined. I got more compliments on my flowers than anything else!! And they deserved every “oooh and ahhhh” they got. Cheryl, I still cannot get over how breathtaking everything was. The centerpieces are far beyond what I imagined and the table scatter was the perfect extra touch to bring it all together. Ugh I could go on. We had no idea what we wanted when we first met Cheryl. There were hours of back and forth conversation to try and figure that out. She took a lot of time to make sure our final product was exactly what we were looking for. Cheryl and John spent all day the day of the wedding setting things up, and everything looked perfect. People are still talking to us (a month later) about the flowers and how perfect the bouquets and arrangements looked. Cheryl, IN response to your reply. I did say that your arrangement was beautiful and that the roses were my favorite color when I picked it up. I did not request any special colors. The only thing I told you was that I did not want a funeral arrangement. And you also didn’t give me any special instructions. I have taken care of flowers before. They were not left in any place that was warm. My house also has air conditioning so it wasn’t that wam to destroy the flowers. I have had flowers that lasted a lot longer than these when I have paid a lot less. I’m not saying that your work is bad it was beautiful I just got a bad bunch of flowers.

They were supposer to deliver the flowers to an event at a hotel. Instead left them at the front desk so the person was not surprised and had to pick them up the next day. The $100 arrangement looked like a Stop and Shop 50 dollar special and had some carnations which is a cheap flower when I asked for grand.

Absolutely fantastic shop in Warwick. I live in Texas and called for a special delivery order to my mom in RI. Super courteous and attentive service. A few hours later, the delivery was made. The shop owner created a custom bouquet based on my brief description and exceeded my and my mom's expectations. My mom was impressed with the quality of the tote bag, bouquet and gift wrapping. The shop also sells bags/totes, wraps, jewelry and other gifts. I saw the mandala tote in a photo on their Google page. Great prices and fantastic service. Will be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

We called Petals from out of state to arrange a flower delivery for my sister’s birthday, who lives in Warwick. We did not have anything specific in mind (except a budget) so we asked them for suggestions. Cheryl came up with some great ideas and she was so helpful, friendly and really easy to work with. We briefly told her about my sister's taste and she went above and beyond and put together the most amazing arrangement and suggested a small gift to go with it. It was so well done and my sister totally loved it! We are so thankful for Cheryl and will definitely be going through Petals again in the future. Honestly, this probably was the best florist experience that we have ever had.
