Would not let me post unless I gave it one star, otherwise wouldn't have. What a rude , patronizing experience I had when I inquired about what a standard prom bouquet looked like. I thought it was common practice to be polite to your potential customers, not smug. I'm ALL set.

Not only were my $50 bouquet of flowers not delivered to my grandmother directly for mother’s day, there was no confirmation and when I called to find out what had happened I was met with rudeness and disregard. Terrible customer service and my grandmother went without a mother’s day gift.

Found the shop online, it was very close to person to whom I was sending flowers. The owner Marybeth, said she would be happy to help, but asked if I could email my request, as she was finishing a large project. She said she could deliver the arrangement that same day and she would call me back. I emailed my request and true to her word, she called back. The flowers were delivered that day, in fact, Marybeth delivered them. My friend was so pleased by the flowers... it really made her day. Took a a small risk, but it paid off big time. Thanks Marybeth!
