I ordered flowers for my daughter’s bridal shower. I ordered six centerpieces a bunch of babies breath and a wrist corsage for my daughter. The driver was supposed to deliver the flowers to the venue at 9 am on a Sunday morning and came and left before I arrived at 8:45. My daughters wrist corsage was not there nor the babies breath which was to be used for decorating around the cake. I tried several times to reach Gilmore‘s however was unable to reach anyone nor was I able to leave a message as the machine wouldn’t allow me to. This order HAD to be paid for in full when ordered weeks before.. Prior to this when I ordered them I specially told them I had a bad experience before where the florist did not deliver the flowers. I’n fact I said I’d pick them up. They, meaning the “design team“ assured me they’ve never forgot an order and the owner is forever reminding them so they wouldn't forget. Well guess what? I was told when I called back on a Monday morning that the design team had a lot to do and it was an oversight. Are you kidding? This is my daughters bridal shower. I’m having a tough time letting it go. They shouldn’t take orders they can’t handle. I was told I’d get my money for the items they missed. Big deal. The damage is done. Unfortunately this florist isn’t what it used to be years ago. I would not recommend this florist.

Walked in on a whim today to grab a small arrangement of flowers. She asked me a price range and I just came up with 30$. Didn’t ask for a specific flower or asked if I wanted anything specific just asked what colors I liked and told her. Just recently moved to EP and Gilmore’s is right near our home. The store was clean, the woman were friendly and nice. Older gentleman was walking around d watering the flowers and accidentally wacked my bit. He didn’t say sorry or spoke a word to me for the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for my arrangement to get done. The flowers were fresh, didn’t get and of the flower food packets though which surprised me. But wasn’t a big deal to me, the arrangement was really pretty and my GF liked them. I didn’t really be specific in the flowers I wanted so I let the lady take control of what she thought was nice and it was. Only gave 3 stars mainly cause of how uncomfortable I felt around the older guy walking around the front of the Shop watering the flowers. They didn’t seem to have a big selection of flowers from what I could see in the fridge, slightly higher prices but I didn’t see one dead, brown flower or plant in there anywhere. I included a few photos of the arrangement. Unfortunately I do think I’ll be back till maybe the summer to see there different selection. But I do recommend them if ordering for a party or something larger. Update 12/9 So I changed the water once and we had flower food left over from flowers we had gotten last week. We always have a fresh bouquet/arrangement of flowers in the house so luckily we had them here already cause these didn’t come with any. There all mostly dead except the carnations (purple flowers) the pink flower wilted over within a few days of it being out in fresh water with the plant food. Don’t recommend them anymore unfortunately cause they were really nice.

Always beautiful work, my Little Christmas tree from last year lasted until December 1st, still green, it dried up but was green. I only threw it away this year to get a fresh one.

I phoned from out of state to have a small desk plant arrangement delivered the next day to our daughter's office. The employee took the time to tell me what was best for a low light office, what plant needed the least amount of care and worked with my budget. She was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The plant was delivered first thing the next morning. Our daughter was pleased and surprised. Thank you for making a special day even better for an out of state parent. I will certainly use Gilmore's Flower Shop in the future.
