They did such a fantastic job creating a cute little dog bouquet for our doggy day care! It turned out even better than I could have imagined. Very affordable price for both the beautiful bouquet and delivery.

I ordered through Teleflora based on the description and photograph of the arrangement. It was supposed to be premium sized, 13" tall and 11" wide. It had well over a dozen flowers. I received a tiny 6" arrangement of wilted flowers. I spoke to the owner and she asked me if I measured it when I referenced the size of the arrangement. That seemed a bit rude. She then insisted she was right and that I was not her customer since I ordered through Teleflora. She was right about one thing, I am not and never will be her customer.

It was my first time coming here and I didn't really know what to do. A lady came over and I asked what I wanted flowers for and my budget. I told her and she just started picking random flowers and didn't say anything else. We go to check out and someone else walks in. They're greeted very nicely and got an explanation about picking out flowers and how they have pre-made arrangement in vases and bouquets in the fridge. I was disappointed I wasn't told of this as I would've preferred one of pre made arrangements but I had already checked out at this point. Maybe it was my fault for not speaking up but I felt weird and not helped and just wanted to get out.

We were treated with such kindness and respect by this establishment. They aided us in picking out the most fitting arrangements for our fathers funeral services. They also were able to do this on such short notice. When we predictably forgot to pick up our order of loose long stem roses the next morning they very nicely just reimbursed us for the cost. Thank you so much for all of your help and kindness during this difficult time.

Very disappointed.....site said same day delivery if ordered before noon....I got a call asking if they could deliver next day instead bc the driver for the area already left...I agreed ONLY after they ensured it would be delivered by NOON...got a call next day at 1230 from driver bc person Not home to take delivery.....it was AFTER 12 so not my issue..also..the driver said she was "frustrated she was dealing to me and not the recipient of the flowers!!!" I called the store and they took my info and said the owner would call me today around 10 AM and it didn't happen....if I were a business owner I would at least refund the delivery charge....and I wouldn't tolerate a rude delivery person. The store person I spoke with Saturday was very understanding and professional but I never got that call or follow up. Unfortunately, not a good first impression.

If you need nice flowers with a friendly staff you have to come to Bert and pegs I've been doing business with these folks for years I've never seen flowers last so long look so beautiful and the staff is so wonderful and friendly
