Absolutely excellent!! I called from Texas to order an arrangement for a friends birthday and when she sent me the photo is was better than the photo on their website! It was gorgeous!! And the lady that took my information on the phone was so incredibly friendly. It was a very pleasant experience and I will certainly be using them again!!

We had a great experience with Enchanted Florist for our wedding. They were perfect for giving us ideas when we needed them, but also listening to ideas and thoughts that we had. We really appreciated their flexibility with planning and delivery/setup options. Great florist to work with and we highly recommend them for your wedding!

I'm so glad I found a florist that was able to accommodate my request on such short notice!! Long review: I'm from Oklahoma and my sister lives in Green Bay. I've been looking for the perfect bouquet all day and came across Enchanted Florist around 3 pm (3 hours before closing). I called and asked if it was too late for same-day delivery and the lady I spoke to was beyond amazing! She asked all the right questions, ie: my info, recipient info, floral design, etc. After getting my order, she reassured me my order would be out the same day, repeated my order back to me, and said I would receive an email confirmation. The customer service was great and super easy. About 5 pm (2 hrs after I placed my order) my sister sends me pictures of the flowers and they're perfect. I ordered the Pink Twinkle Roses and I'm really glad I stuck with them. This is my go to shop now. Much appreciation from Oklahoma!

My flowers from Enchanted florist were gorgeous! Quality, color, and size --excellent. The staff went above and beyond to reach me when I was not at home for the delivery and delivered them after hours to another location . The person who sent the flowers said how nice and helpful the staff were, especially compared to other florists they have used.

There was a considerable difference in the quality of the flower arrangement shown in the picture on the website and what I actually received. When I inquired about the flowers that looked thin and had few petals (see attached pictures), I was told my flowers were not in full bloom and picture online shows them in full bloom. I ordered the flowers fully expecting they could be used in my marriage proposal the day they were delivered. Instead, I received an arrangement that, I was told, would be in full bloom over the next week. I don’t order flowers on a regular basis. I expected to receive what I was shown. Lesson learned... order your flowers in advance. Good luck hiding them for a week. Also, the florist offered to replace the flowers. I requested a refund and was told they do not offer a refund without a return of the merchandise. They have not responded to my offer to return the flowers.

I just ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter's college graduation. They were delivered next day as promised, and she said they are beautiful. Staff very helpful to work with. Definitely would used them again.

Flowers were delivered to an incorrect address and the recipient delivered them himself to the correct recipient. When they actually arrived some of them were wilted and had to be cut out. For the amount of money that I spent I expect a little fresher selection of flowers. And then delivering them to the wrong place? What a joke, upon calling them I was simply told that the delivery driver is very serious about her deliveries and no other actions were taken. Last time I’ll order from them

The flowers for our wedding were beautiful and everything I could have hoped for and more. Valerie was great to work with and very helpful. I gave her a general idea of the flowers and decorations I wanted for our wedding and let her take care of the details for putting them all together. They all turned out perfect and just what I had pictured! Words alone cannot do justice. I would go back to Enchanted Florist and work with Valerie again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Enchanted Florist did the flowers for our wedding and everything was perfect. Victorian Steampunk theme, Arrangements were gorgeous, better than I'd envisioned, absolutely fresh and beautiful. They are the only florist I use now for anything we need, from arrangements to corsages and anything in between.
