Love this store. The florist is very intuitive about your needs and isn't afraid to think outside the box for new and unique ideas. She also does a lot of funeral pieces that showcases the deceased's interests and hobbies.

BEST DECISION I'VE MADE FOR MY WEDDING!! I had originally started my flower order with Stop and Shop in January of 2018. On 3 occasions over the past 5 months, I had called Stop and Shop for price quotes, needing to redo my order every time! Finally, the week after Mother's Day I finally got my price quote and it was way too high for me and WAY higher than they said I could budget for (they had said to budget for $300 and my full price came to $470!). Exasperated, I decided to look around some more and I happened upon Elaine's Flowers the next week. Right up front, she was extremely pleasant and down to earth, she helped me brainstorm and save the extra pennies. We reviewed what I wanted and I got a much more comfortable idea of what I would pay for her. I finalized my flower order with her on May 24th...my wedding is June 10th, and she was willing to do this order on such short notice! I promptly canceled my order with Stop and Shop (which, by the way, they couldn't even find) and I couldn't be happier with this last minute decision!

I'm actually looking to spend a good amount of money and I called and they couldn't even give me the time of day for 5 seconds to find out a price I wouldn't give them my money or my time ever again for the simple fact that they have very poor customer service.

I could not have been more disappointed with your product! My grandfather spent over $200 on a funeral arrangement for my grandmothers urn, I get to the funeral home to find wilted flowers! After further inspection, I find a lot of the filler flowers were just shoved in spaces, upside down and/or not in the foam to absorb water. My favorite was the few flower buds stuck onto floral wire! Boy, I wonder why they were half dead! I was mortified! I cannot believe you would send out such flowers period, never mind for a funeral!!
