I was a loyal customer for years. The woman that is part owner was absolutely the rudest person I have ever spoken too in my life and could care less about a customer that has spent $60 to $80 dollars 4 to 5 times a year ON OVERPRICED FLOWERS. But i really like the mom and pop stores so I kept going back. Her terrible attitude was more than enough to sway me to never purchase a thing from them AGAIN! Too bad take you business somewhere else she says. NO PROBLEM! What a way to treat a customer on small business weekend. Glad I didn't waste my gas driving to her shop.

Hard to get answers. Looking for specific plants - child asked 'someone' = nothing concrete. She was pleasant just uninformed. Lay back until time to pay. Only woman with info....? Plants are growing. Just go with firm concept & demand customer service. Won't be going back.

I should have read these reviews before I wasted my time attempting to order flowers from this place. I spoke to a male who was the most unprofessional, unhelpful and rude person. He asked me what my budget was (which was $75-$100). He then told me he could send a "wildflower assortment" which included carnations. Told him I didn't care for carnations and he told me he couldn't help me and he HUNG UP! Wow, that was weird...I called another florist in Woonsocket who happily took my $100 order and will deliver today. No carnations.

Literally the nastiest, unfriendly, rude flower shop ever! They do not accept credit cards and the owner was absolutely mean and not helpful. I can't imagine anybody soliciting this shop! DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE!! If I could post ZERO stars I would!!

If I could give no stars to this review I would. My family and I have given this company countless business for years, and when I went today to get a floral arrangement for my uncle casket who just passed away last night there was no sympathy, however, there was quite a lot of brunette because I was coming to her on holy week when she was busy. I cannot believe how nasty she was for no reason. I will never recommend the shop to anyone ever again

I called in today asking if they made corsages for children and the man on the phone rudely said we usually do but we are too busy and hung up. Seriously?! He didn’t even asked me when I need it for. I guess they don’t need the business, I am for small businesses but looks like this one doesn’t care for it. Never calling this place ever again nor recommending this place to anyone.

Went in looking for two floral arrangements for my mother & mother in law for mother’s day. Instantly saw bouquets I thought each would like. When I approached the counter and told the woman exactly what I was looking for and the price I would like to spend, she rudely cut me off and told me the opposite of what I was looking for. I have never experienced a business owner talking down to and disregarding a customers wishes like I experienced at Bileau’s. Needless to say, we walked out without any of the beautiful floral arrangements in store due to the poor attitude of the store owner. Definitely will not be back.

The most horrible experience to try to order flowers for my Grandmothers funeral. No sympathy at all from the owner, she was rude from the very beginning and then proceeded to tell us she had too many arrangements to make and couldn't help us. Not even a sorry!! I will never return here again.

Friendly and helpful staff, they have a large variety of vegetables and flowers to choose from. Prices were better than the big box stores.
