I HATE giving bad reviews and rarely give them unless my experience was REALLY BAD.
I ordered flowers for my mom via the internet. I ordered the FLOWERING KALANCHOE plant and was charged $50. My mom received a completely different plant called a European Dish Garden (which she loved but was not what I wanted to get for her). So, I called the store and talked to the owner who chewed me out in a condescending, rude tone. He said that they didn't have what I ordered so they gave her something that he said was "better". But, still not what I ordered. When I said I was upset that no one called to let me know they didn't have in what I wanted he said, "Fine. Fine. I will just order in what you wanted, which is just one plant, and personally deliver it and RETRIEVE what we gave your mother. Will that make you happy?" I said no. If I had known they didn't have what I ordered I would have cancelled my order and ordered elsewhere. He kept talking over me the whole time saying he didn't understand why I was upset because my mom received a bigger plant than what I ordered. I kept saying I wasn't upset about that but that I got no call and was charged $50 for a plant I didn't order. At the end I was shaking from how rude he was to me I finally said not to worry about it and he ended the conversation with, "Ya do what you can to make people happy and it just is never enough. I'm sorry, (sarcastic voice) is that what you wanted?". Gah. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again. I have never seen such terrible customer service or such a rude owner.
