On several occasions the two owners of this lovely floral shop have gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping me. First with a very special arrangement for a relative’s funeral service and most recently with a last-minute bouquet that I needed. They were gracious enough to put together a gorgeous arrangement for me even though I had made my way through their front door after hours as they were trying to close up. Can’t recommend them highly enough. There is a wide selection of beautiful gifts and arrangements on display at their shop and their made-to-order work is impeccable. 5-star service, reasonable prices and super fresh and beautiful flowers. I’ll be sending all my business their way and recommending them to all my family and friends. Thanks again!

I’ve used Sister’s for years and never had an issue until this Mother’s Day. I ordered flowers from their website and even upgraded to premium. My total was almost $100. The flowers delivered were not even close to what I ordered. I called on Saturday and attempted to explain the issue and kept being told that the flowers I got were more expensive. I explained that I didn’t care. I didn’t get what was pictured or even close to it. We agreed that I’d go see them in person (as they were delivered to my mom’s house). Well, they were worse in person. I called and left a message saying I was unhappy and wanted a refund. I received a call back this morning saying they gave me a refund and were going to my mom’s house to PICK UP THE FLOWERS. Flowers that are now three days old and probably going to die soon anyway. So on top of costing me time and money I now have to tell my mother to give her Mother’s Day flowers back. So Sister’s would rather waste time and gas to go get flowers. For what purpose??? Are they going to reuse them? This whole situation is ridiculous. I will NEVER use them again.

The owner is wonderful, the delivery driver, not so much. I don't see how this girl even has a license let alone driving around the flowers that can make or break someone's event. The girl blew through a red light at crafton Blvd and nobles, almost ran me and my kids off the road, if my toddler hadn't dropped something on the floor in the back and I didn't wait a sec to pull out because I had to reach her blanket, we would have been dead. This was in the summer time, there was a blonde driving their white van. I only reviewed it because it just popped up on my phone or I never would have said anything

Ordered flowers to be delivered to someone's house for a private party after a funeral. When we arrived and I noticed the flowers weren't there I called the florist and after DAYS of wondering where the flowers were they told me the driver decided to deliver the flowers to a different address (for reasons we still don't know because we keep getting different stories. Or more so blame) . I thought I paid a delivery fee to have them delivered to the address I ordered them to be delivered to but apparently they can just delver flowers to whoever they want and tell you how wrong you are for wanting them at the addres you ordered them to be delivered to . I have order from them many times in the two years I have lived here, they even worked my wedding they did the flowers for everything. I was always happy with their work and service but after the way Cathy and Laura talked to me over this past order i will never give them another penny, and I LOVE flowers so I'm always ordering them . I have removed any recommendations I had left for them on wedding sites and with all the vendors I work with . Word travels fast and I know a lot of people use them but I would be cautious. When they mess up they flip a switch pretty quick and then blame you. It's not worth the risk .Especially if it's an important order. I also want to add how extremely disappointed I am in them. I definitely thought more of them then they think of their customers .

I just had flower to my best friend and love of my life all the way from Ohio. And Sisters Floral Design crushed it!!! they did an amazing job on the arrangement. Everything I was looking for and more, the pictures on there website look good but the arrangements look even better. THANK YOU LADIES VERY MUCH! Their work is phenomenal. I don't even have to specify exactly what I want, I just tell them generalities, and everything that comes out the door is absolutely gorgeous. I can walk into any local funeral home, and immediately point out their work. It is always very unique and beautiful!
