Thank you Amy and In Bloom Flowers for a perfect floral arrangement and delivery. I called from Florida at 1045 today (Saturday) to see if I could have flowers delivered to a relative in Abington this afternoon. This was a very special occasion so it was important to me that everything go right. Amy helped me with my order and she was fantastic. She answered all my questions and was so cheerful, friendly and professional. I felt immediately glad that I had chosen In Bloom and expected that I would be completely satisfied with the flowers. By 3 pm, my relative called, thrilled with the beautiful flowers that had just been delivered. The flowers brightened her day as I'd hoped they would. Thank you again Amy for making this a great experience.

Mother's Day flowers delivered on Thursday afternoon were dead by Mother's Day. Phone call on Saturday morning ignored. Email complaint resulted in promise of replacement that was never fulfilled. They don't stand behind their product.

Carrie did the flowers for my wedding mid January and she did a phenomenal job! As we had a small budget, she was able to work with me and I couldn’t have been more happy with the end result. You go in for the consultation thinking of what you want but Carrie showed me an arrangement even better! She also put the fabric from my grandmother’s wedding dress and buttons on my bouquet and it was beautiful! When I came back from my honeymoon, some of the guests from the wedding who took centerpieces were so impressed that the flowers were still looking great a week after the wedding. She by far exceeded my expectations and I’m so happy I had her do the flowers for my wedding.

We called to order flowers sent to Abington Hospital for our friends and their new baby. Unfortunately, we were a little late and by the time the driver arrived at the hospital, our friends and the baby had been discharged. Without even a hesitation, In Bloom called us and offered to deliver to their home instead, no extra fee, no extra wait time. WOW, great customer service, we didn’t even have to ask. Flowers were at the home within an hour or two. Thank you very much

I can't thank Carrie enough for how happy I was with our flowers for our wedding. We had a small backyard summer wedding at my husband's parent's house. I think I changed my mind about 3 times and sent Carrie, each time all of my ideas and a little of this colour and a little of this flower... I was all over the place. She was wonderful each and every time I sent her an email. I finally changed my mind one last time to the flowers that I then had at my wedding. All I had was pictures to show her of the final look of the center pieces and off she went ordering it all for me. When we arrived on the wedding weekend she had them all ready to go in her shop. The quality and colour of the roses and other flowers were superb! I was Soooo happy! Then the hard part... putting it all together to look exactly how I wanted. Well when I arrived at my wedding and saw the center pieces on the tables I was the happiest a bride could be. I LOVED them all so much. Then she gave us our bouquets and they were extraordinary!!! I held onto my bouquet all night long. I brought my center pieces and bouquets home which traveled hours in the car and they lasted wonderfully in my house for almost two weeks. I am so blessed to have found In Bloom and to have had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful lady. I recommend Carrie at In Bloom to every bride or for any occasion. She will make your vision happen and then some!
