I ordered online Sunday night and the flowers arrived at their destination early Monday morning. My girlfriend was so pleased and everyone in the office said that they were very beautiful. Harold's really took care of me and I will not hesitate to buy there again.

I definitely recommend Harold's if you're looking for flowers! The website is easy to navigate and the delivery is quick! I sent my girl an arrangement of roses and it turned out beautifully, with a little teddy bear and some chocolates with it. After perusing several Pittsburgh florists, I settled with Harold’s Flower Shop - a 4.7 out of 5 rated shop. And boy I am glad I did! The arrangement was big, beautiful, and fresh. They guaranteed same-day delivery and they came through; even delivering right to my wife’s office in her building. I chose to have the “Florists Choice” which included the vase and several varieties of flowers at just $49! I will always use Harold’s for my future needs.

A friend placed an order for his wife to have flowers delivered to her job for Valentine's Day, she never received them nor did they call and tell him. He called all afternoon and noone answered. Next day, he spoke to someone and they tried to say they didn't have his order, until he gave them the confirmation nmbr. Bad business. They gave him a refund and that was it. Smh shame on you people!

Needed some hydrangea's for my daughter's wedding shower, Andrea & Randy were so helpful! They went the extra mile & brought a sample flower so we could estimate how many flowers we needed for each vase. They were also kind enough to deliver the flowers to my work place on a Saturday morning. Very professional & courteous, but with a family touch! I can only wish my daughter was being married in Pittsburgh so they could have handled all of our wedding needs! I strongly recommend this shop for all of your floral needs.

This was my first time with Harold's. To start with my major issues first, the vase the flowers came in was cracked in multiple places and was leaking water. The 2/3rds of the flowers were dead in the first 3 days (including a delay--see below). As far as minor inconveniences, most flower places I've ordered from have morning shipments but mine were supposed to arrive in the afternoon. They also charged for local shipping which was uncommon. On the plus side, their selection was better than other local places which is why I went with them to begin with. In addition, when I had to reschedule for a day later due to the afternoon scheduling, they were nice and helpful in doing so.

If you need flowers for your wedding, do not overlook Harold's!! Randy was wonderful to work with. They keep things simple as opposed to many other "wedding florists." The arrangements they did for me were absolutely stunning and I couldn't have been happier! If you want to avoid the drama on your wedding day and get something beautiful and elegant, definitely go to them. Can't recommend enough.

A+ Customer service. It was my first time getting flowers to deliver to my girlfriend and I did it online in minutes. The price was reasonable, the flowers lasted very long and they even called my cell phone when I mistakenly picked the wrong day to deliver to her! She wasn't there to receive them so they said they would return the next day and did without further approval. I couldn't have asked for a better interaction.

When I ask a bouquet of flowers, I cannot pick flowers myself, instead they picked at their so called room that has coolers. When the owner came out, I notice some of the flowers were not fresh, and ask for an exchange, the owner was very inpatient, and do not want to give me change. And he indicates if I do not like the flower, I can just go. Eventhough he changed the flower after I insisted, but the entire experience was very unpleasant. Not mention the flower itself is very extensive.

My husband waited all day for me to thank him for the roses he ordered from Harold's but never received on Valentines Day. He was actually upset with me, thinking l was unappreciative! I always told him to never get me cut flowers, so in 22 years this would've been the first Valentines Day that he didn't listen. To make a long story short, Harold's never delivered them, not even so much as a phone call saying they couldn’t make it. Valentines Day was a very disappointing day for me thanks to Harold's.

Extremely pleased with the product and customer service provided by Harold's Flower Shop. Frankly, I had never heard of Harold's before, but found them through some brief online research. The online ordering process was extremely easy with a website comparable to what the big national chains offer. Plenty of options with detailed descriptions and a lot of photos. I ended up ordering a 'florists choice' arrangement to be delivered to my wife on one of the days she works from home. Apparently she had gone out for an errand the first time the delivery man showed up, but instead of leaving on the porch (for the flowers to possibly get ruined) they waited awhile and made a second attempt to deliver in person. I thought that was a nice touch. Also, the delivery was made the very next day after I placed my online order the evening before. My wife was thrilled with the arrangement. It is massive with a great variety of different fresh flowers and decorations. Much bigger and brighter than I expected and a good value in my opinion. I will def be a returning customer.

This place is the real deal. No boxed flowers. They do things right - the old fashioned way. The flowers are delivered in a vase as opposed to a cardboard box like 1800flowers and all those other B grade website delivery services. Order directly from Harolds. Also, my delivery was a bit complicated because my girlfriend was splitting a hotel room with two of her friends and her name wasnt on the room. This store called and then returned later for me after I figured out who’s name they booked under, and the flowers were in her room when she arrived. Just got a great thank you video from her. THANK YOU Harolds!

I bought two dozen flowers and two bundles of rose pedals from this location to allow my girlfriend to have a very special birthday experience with her new college friends. The manager working at the time was very patient with me and did everything possible to accommodate any needs I had. I was running late due to transportation and arrived 15-20 minutes after close to find the shopkeeper waiting patiently for me to arrive. When I arrived, sweating from the jog I took to get there his only comment was, “There was no need to be in such a rush. I didn’t mind the wait at all.” Those words felt very heartfelt at the time. I wish more people and businesses could be as understanding and warm-hearted as Harold’s Flower Shop.
