I want to give a special thank you/shout out to Jenn at Green's because I had such a wonderful experience working with her for my wedding. She made the entire decorating process go above and beyond my expectations. I can't thank her enough for all she did to go out of her way to make the day look so magical. The photo here is of the iron arch I rented and decorated with greenery and white flowers. We also had the reception area (Buhl Park Casino) decorated with white drapery and a large dreamy kissing ball hung from the ceiling. It was stunning and I would highly recommend Green's expertise to anyone. Thank you!!

Ordered an arrangement for my granddaughter and wanted it to be cheer full, when I went there last night I was extremely disappointed. It was just a vase of fresh flowers. I was expecting an arrangement of some sort. Will not be ordering again from Green's.. I could have gone to the grocery store and bought some flowers and stuck them in a vase and took them to the hospital myself.

Terrible customer service! Had to call 3 times because they never showed up when they said they would. This was ordered over a week ago and when they didn't show up this morning, we called and they said it would be 30 minutes. That was at 11:00am. By the 3rd call, the lady who answered was rude. We will never use them again. On the plus side, they were beautiful when they finally arrived at 3:40pm.

Wow! I can’t believe how rudely I have been treated here!! When trying to clear up a few minor problems with my wedding order, the owner- who was previously very nice and easy to work with- turned into something completely different!! I asked for an apology from his employee that spoke to me very rudely on the phone three times. His response was “In 40 years of business, I’ve NEVER said Sorry!” That should tell you everything you need to know about this man, and how he runs his business!! I could not leave his store fast enough! And he certainly won’t be getting any of my business, for my wedding, or any other event I have in the future. Glad I saw his true character before my wedding day!!

I rated a 3 because in the past you have always been a 5 but today you were a 1. I fully understand closing at noon vice 2pm on Saturday during the wedding season. However, be considerate enough to change the hours on your website. I came down from Medina on my way to Brookfield Cemetary. I checked before I left to be sure I'd arrive in plenty of time, only to attive at 1:10 to be met by a note on a locked door.

Beautiful all yellow arrangement that I asked for. They made it nice and easy for me. I came in, said what I wanted, and they let me pick the price (obviously more size = more stuff) but the flexibility they gave was great. They even ordered the one sunflower I asked for just for me.

I was here to get flowers for my mom, and it was my first time in there, ever. First off it is a BEAUTIFUL store. It really is a hidden gem. The staff was very friendly and they helped me out with a small rose arrangement for my mom. Really affordable too!

I am not sure what happened but the customer service at this place is the worst. They did the flowers for my daughters wedding a few years ago so I chose them again for another family wedding (and have recommended them to many others). Did aliens take over this shop? Because now, just speaking to them over the phone seems like an ordeal. The woman answering the phone was so rude and short with me and all I was trying to do was reschedule an appointment that I made two months ago. (PS...THEY cancelled it!) If this is the way they deal with a potential customer, I will be looking elsewhere, and suggest that you do too!
