I placed an order online for an arrangement and a teddy bear. There is absolutely no way to get an estimate on what time a delivery will be made. After my order arrived to my girlfriend, there was no teddy bear. I called back and the response I got was "Oh I was going to call you and tell you I forgot sorry we're swamped." This is the last time I will be using this place they're a bunch of amateurs and when you pay $100 for a simple service, it would be nice if they could deliver.

You will get average if you order from Gerard Boeh. They will cut corners, if they can, to save a few bucks and leave you underwhelmed. They truly don't seem to get that we turn to a florist to brighten someone's day, not just to fill an order.

I ordered flowers a month before prom. I paid at the time I ordered loose flowers and a corsage. The day of prom went to pick them up and the said it wasn't paid for. The two women in the store were so rude and dismissive. After much argument and trying to find the receipt was told it was filed wrong but agreed it was paid for. Got the flowers home and they are not what was ordered. To late now. Over 50 dollars to be treated like and idiot nuisance and than not have what I need.

Ordered a arrangement as advertised on Monday online , they are a failure, it was important to get this done, we live out of state and used them , my daughter and my family selected to used them because of the beautiful arrangements they advertise online , what a huge let down, they needed to update information if closed for holiday , we did everything they asked by 1030 am , by 6 pm still no delivery, this flower shop is huge fail , I don't recommend using them unless you like being not knowing when exactly delivery will happen days later ! If at all !

Gerry literally went out of his way to make sure I got the bouquet I wanted and it turned out beautiful and got rave reviews from everyone at the bridal shower. The peonies were gorgeous and smelled lovely and I cannot stress how pleased I was with how they turned out. I give Gerry my highest recommendation and I will not shop elsewhere anytime I need flowers locally!

We let Google maps pick this place out for us. We were out of town and we needed a small flower arrangement for a lmemorial service for a loved one who had passed away and had been cremated. The shop was filled with beautiful sights and aromas. The lady that helped us was cordial and professional. She was able to provide many different choices and we were able to find one that met all of our needs.

Got married at Pittsburgh North in cranberry. I was very disappointed with my flowers and my bridesmaids flowers. They just looked ok. Roses weren’t open the whole way, colors were a little off, and the peonies were completely bloomed like too much and not how I pictured them to look. I’ve seen way prettier bouquets. My center pieces were not right either, missing things. We went over pictures and colors of what I wanted so it was definitely a let down when I saw the finished product. I thought the flowers should’ve looked almost perfect considering what I paid for them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Despite all the good reviews on here, we had a mixed experience with Jerry. He was the main florist that was contracted out of Pittsburgh Marriott North so we decided to go with him. Our initial meeting was great however afterwards was when it went down hill. Weeks prior to the wedding he kept emailing us asking for our final payment ASAP but would leave out the final amount owed and who to write the check to. He was also very hard to get in touch with. Then I sent him photos of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and it looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I actually hated it. The boutonnieres , bridesmaids, and centerpiece flowers were gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted. The Marriott had misplaced some of the flowers on the day of and we called him to ask him about it but it was later in the day. He never called back the next day or week to make sure we found them/were satisfied. He got his money so why follow up? He had told us many times he was super busy and some of that showed in his work. My mom's wrist corsage was falling apart before the ceremony as well as my flower girl's pomander. By the end of the night my mom had no flowers left on her wrist. Some aspects were great, some were not. Just be aware!

Ordered flowers for a birthday. We ordered 20 tulips. While the flowers themselves look nice the arrangement looks horrible. They just threw them into the vase. Expect better than that for $75. If I could post a picture I would.

I have to say what a beautiful arrangement that was delivered yesterday! I ordered online with a fairly limited delivery time window but I thought I would give Boeh Florist a shot. The arrangement was delivered very quickly and my girl very pleased and happy! When I saw them in person they were more than I expected and every bit as accurate as the online description. In a world where everyone critiques everything with most things negative, I thought it was necessary to say Thank You for a superior product and service. I will definitely recommend and use again!

Nice florist. I remember the days when I would get my boutonniere or corsage for my prom or homecoming needs. Now it works as a good quick stop to pick up flowers for the wife. Always have what I need and reasonably priced.

A third of the flowers didn't last 24 hours. Kinda disappointed . You would hope a $43 boquet of beautiful flowers would last a bit longer

The flowers were beautiful (Mistletoe Dance) but if I need flowers for another occasion not sure I would go here again...the man who took my original order was very nice but the woman who took my add on order was definitely not friendly and when I picked up my order the next day she was even more unfriendly in person (short blondish hair). Definitely made me feel very unwelcomed. Don't know if it was because it was a small order or if she's always cold and unfriendly but I honestly think I won't go back. Great job by the arranger!!
