Recently I purchased various floral items for a funeral of a Very Dear Friend of mine. During the transaction, there was some miscommunication regarding what I had requested on a few items. However, the issues were resolved quickly and without any difficulty by Karen, the owner of Chris Puhlman Floral. Karen went above and beyond to make sure that I was more than satisfied with my purchases during a most difficult time. I personally received several gifts in the past from them and their work is exemplary. They also have a long life. I would give Karen and the staff a 5+ star rating. It was quite apparent to me that customer satisfaction and professionalism is priority to this lovely florist and gift shop! My heartfelt Appreciation and Thanks to Karen.

I typically order these plants as bereavement gifts and never have I seen one so beautiful with the additional accents. I called from Florida to have flowers delivered to a friend, not realizing she was going out of state for a few weeks. Thinking I would have to cancel my order and donate the flowers, they kindly offered to have them redelivered when she got back. We wanted to order something for a friend's funeral that wasn't a typical floral arrangement. The "Hearts Forever wooden lantern" is a beautiful keepsake that arrived at the funeral home looking exactly as it was pictured. Most of the items from other places had generic sayings on them, but the lantern's quote was perfect. The price with delivery fee was very reasonable, and we are very pleased with everything from start to finish. I'm glad we looked at multiple stores before purchasing, because the lantern was exactly what we were searching for. I would absolutely recommend Chris Puhlman Flowers if you need a beautiful floral arrangement or memorial item.

Smells like flowers when you walk in! Lots of stuff here! Cards, balloons, stuffed animals, scarfs.... and flowers! Lynn is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable! Downtown Nazareth is charming.
