I am so impressed with Flowering Jade! I live in Texas and I called earlier today to ask for a custom bouquet to be made. I didn’t know how busy they’d be since it’s 2 days before Valentine’s Day so I was flexible with getting something done as long as it was within a decent time. (They said around 4 hours and had it done in 3.) I just let them know that I wanted something springy with pastel colors for my mothers birthday and only wanted to spend $50 dollars. The lady taking my order was very polite and made sure all of my info was correct before hanging up. Barely spent 10 minutes on the phone. I just got a picture from my mom and the bouquet is not only gorgeous but so fun and fresh. Thanks to the ladies at the shop I was able to surprise my mom from across the country. I am so happy.

This place an incredible option if you enjoy attitude, condescension and sarcasm with your flowers! Couldn't place my order on their website, and when I attempted to place my order over the phone, the woman I was speaking with literally sighed as if she wasn't interested in doing business. Do yourself a favor and pick anywhere else to do business. There is no way this place can be legitimate. Worst customer service experience of my life.

It took four hours to deliver to Wilsonville and the woman was rude on the phone when I asked for a delivery update. For what I got for such a small arrangement plus a $12 delivery fee, I would take my business elsewhere. It shouldn’t take four hours to put 10 flowers in a cup and should not cost $30 and a $12 delivery fee.

This place is absolutely amazing and I will never order flowers from any national online service again. The bouquet I ordered was extraordinary. It was in full bloom and none of the flowers or accompanying foliage was in any way wilted or damaged. This is also the first time I’ve ever ordered flowers where the product matched the picture in size. With other vendors the actual product is like 1/10 the size of what’s in the picture. Not these guys. The arrangement was huge and in all honesty the picture didn’t do the real product justice. Perfect 5/7, will order again.

There use to be several flower shops in Tualatin, and today Flowering Jade is the only one remaining.... My pastor asked me to order funeral service flowers for someone I did not know. So I checked around and was given the name of The Flowering Jade. I looked at their web site,checked out all the reviews, selected the bokay (after doing more research and finding out what kinds of flowers they liked) and then talked with Cary. What a blessing! Cary helped me, took my order and then I threw her a curve ball- and I said, "Nowi I want this bokay but in fall colors. " She didn't miss a beat; she was positive and assured me they could do that, absolutely no hesitation. That alone was enought to make we want to do business again this this florist. Not all shops can do this! I do need to mention that I am a retired florist so I do have some experience with flower arrangements. So you could say I am extra picky. The Flowerin Jade passed all my tests; Pastor saw the flowers at the service and took a picture and sent it to me; he was very pleased with the bokay. And so am I. I trust this florist shop especially knowing they have been in business for over 31 years; there is a very good reason they are still in business - Excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done!!!!!

I was fortunate enough to call this shop from out of state 15 years ago when I first met my beautiful wife, and have only gone to them since. Recently a family member was admitted to ICU, and not knowing flowers are not allowed in that unit, I asked Flowering Jade to work their magic. Gary checked with the hospital every day for 10 days...or more, and had them delivered to a different hospital once she was able to recieve them. Sincerely, thank you for working so hard to make her day a little brighter!

After ordering flowers online and being burned, I've been really cautious ordering from a distance. I wanted to send some nice flowers to my mother, but I live far away. The Flowering Jade was amazing! Good prices and great selection. Same day delivery at a fair price. I ordered these for my wife in the morning to be delivered at her office in Lake Oswego that day. A couple hours later I found out she was going to be leaving early. I called them and told them what happened. They were super understanding and offered to reroute them to our home in Hillsboro for no additional cost! Amazing service and I highly recommend them!
