I called Donner Flower Shop on Christmas Eve after 1800Flowers lost my flower order and had to refund my $. I wasn't expecting much being the day before Christmas but not only did they answer the phone right away, they were extremely friendly, efficient, and agreed to deliver my bouquet despite being busy! I will never again order from a middle man on line. Note to others: call a flower shop locally! Very impressed!- Tara K

I've used this shop for the past 6 years or so I believe. They've always been professional, helpful, non-pushy, reasonably-priced, timely and just all-around great to work with. I don't know anyone who works there or the owners but they're doing something right. In my years dealing with shops in Portland, Seattle, Spokane, AZ and CA this is by far my favorite shop thus far. Oh, and even year I "forgot" they took my order and within 90 minutes had it delivered-despite reiterating that they could not guarantee a delivery time. (full disclosure: it was on a V-Day 11:30 AM) !!!

I purchased a $50 dollar arrangement and had it delivered for my Daughters Birthday. I called to ask for delivery confirmation and was literally stonewalled. They wouldn't tell me anything, wouldn't confirm any delivery and kept my money. Totally unscrupulous.

My son who was serving in Afghanistan ordered Rose's for Mother's Day for me. They NEVER ARRIVED. The day my son called home he asked me if I was enjoying the rose's. Needless to say, he was distressed when Mother's Day came and went without the flowers he ordered.
