After being disappointed by arrangements sent the last couple of years from other florists, we were so happy we tried Broadway Floral for delivery of flowers in Portland. Prior to this, we picked from pictures on-line, and what was delivered was nothing like the pictures. Broadway delivered an arrangement that looked EXACTLY like the picture on their website - or better. Beautiful! Guess who we'll use next time???

Broadway Floral did an AMAZING job with our wedding bouquets, centerpieces, and arch detail. All of their employees went above and beyond to special order the specific flowers, shades, sizes that I had envisioned for our big day. They were beautifully arranged, and of excellent quality. The people that work at Broadway Floral are truly artists. I will use them again for future floral needs and would highly recommend them. Oh and they don't just do flowers! They have an entire shop of super cute gifts and decor items.

I just left this place. Quite amazing they are still in business. They have no stock, no service and no sense. I needed a wedding bouquet for the next day. I wanted pink roses. They had none and they said they couldn’t get any by the next day. I said that I would get them from Fred Meyer for them. They said they can’t take flowers from other folks. Hello, they had three people in the store. All three of them had time to look for my non- existent pink flowers. You would think someone could run down Fred Meyer and get them. I say “run down” because it’s only a few blocks away. Can you imagine that Fred Meyer has more flowers? Wait! I can ask Fred Meyer to make me the wedding bouquet. Yes. They have the stock, they get customer service and they have common sense. And guess what? It will be much cheaper! I went to Fred Meyers and they had several types of pink roses. They actually helped me with an arrangement and it cost me $15. Imagine that! Good customer service and plenty of product saved the day. And not just any day. They saved a wedding day when Broadway Floral could only tell me no, no, no. Follow-up. Speaking of "condescending," notice them hoping my bride is happy with the "grocery store bridal bouquet."

This family owned gorgeous shop has absolutely the most beautiful flowers. I’ve been in here many many times over the years and it is not just an old ordinary flower shop. It’s a gift store with local Portland vendors as well. The shop itself looks like you stepped right into a high end, blooming sunroom. Very cool stuff. The owners are sweet, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. If you want something and they don’t have it, they will find it and order what you want. And it comes very quickly. If something is out of season, they will help you with options comparable to what you want. I mean, so extremely helpful to me. I love this shop and these wonderful people so much that I had them work with me on my wedding! They went absolutely above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined! I cried when I saw my flowers. I was very touched on all the thoughtfulness that went into these beautiful arrangements. I will forever go here to get my flowers from this pretty and sweet shop with the most wonderful people. Thank you a million, Broadway Floral!!
